ROACHES ROACHES !!!!!!!!! Today is Day, one of moving in and all I’ve done is kill roaches, little roaches, and big roaches!!!!!!!!!!! I am so disgusted and horrified! As I was in the office to confirm moving in info, I heard another new resident going back-and-forth with the manager about the roach problem! Wow there’s so many holes and cracks that are not sealed so the roaches are zipping around freely! I’m paying over $1K for a roach party! Why are they allowed to charge pricey rent all while knowing about a problematic and ongoing roach infestation! I won’t be able to eat or sleep here in my new apartment! This is a complete nightmare!!!!!

Best things about this complex is the size of the rooms. Gym outdated and some how made worst after covid. Apartment is old and usually just painted over as part of their "maintenance" including sinks and bathtubs. Office workers may be "kind" but they are slow responding and usually have to email/call multiple times to get a hold off. Lived here 3 years whatever previous management they had was better than after covid. The moving out process was also a pain, moved out a week in advance, keys turned in, waited till the new year for additional charges and prorated rent/utility charges. Like I said while they may be "kind" the office seems to need help. Rent with caution from this place, the billing comcapp company is just as bad. But, like I said I lived here 3 years, mainly due to convenience of not moving all my furniture out. If I could go back I would not sign here to begin with.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve stayed at. Since moving in I’ve seen about 30 roaches, despite pest control coming by. Today was the third time pest control has come, so hopefully that fixes the problem. The laundry machines aren’t that great and you also have to dry your clothes more than once unless you get the one good dryer. When I moved in I also suffered a lot of headaches and allergies that I felt were because of mold. I brought this to the attention of the leasing office, as well as the roach problem. Addie and Billy in the front office are really great though, the property manager not so much. She put in a work order for pest control to come again, but also made sure to tell me that she’s never heard of anyone having a problem in my building or my unit. When I went back to tell them about the mold, I included pictures. Later that day, the property manager and maintenance man entered my unit without leaving clear notice (like a form) like I thought they were supposed to. She did email me saying she had been there though, but still, I walked into my apartment nervous because it was clear that someone had been in there! Anyways, the property manager said that what I was seeing was not mold, just dust. I sent pictures of what I had seen and asked for clarification and got no response. Then the maintenance man came by and told me it was mildew. So I emailed her again to let her know. She responded back in what felt condescending, that she was glad that they could pinpoint the “small amount of moisture.” I don’t really care if it’s small, it shouldn’t be there. And as someone with a mold allergy, I experienced a lot of discomfort my first few weeks here. The rent is pretty decent, but it isn’t worth it. The apartments aren’t well built and there are so many roaches. Pay a little extra and live somewhere better.

Fantastic place to live. I've lived here for over a year, and it really has grown to feel like a home. The community is typically nice and quiet, and staff are always super accommodating and willing to help with any issues. And the maintenance is phenomenally responsive, coming in and fixing issues in no time - I put in a low-priority work order one evening and the maintenance crew came and fixed the problem by 10 the next morning. The only minor annoyance would be that the second floor has really creaky floors, as heard from the 1st floor, so upstairs neighbor's footsteps are amplified in most rooms. The creakiness is only a minor thing, though, and I got used to it after a bit. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to live for any extended period of time.

Lived there for a year and within that year we had roaches, water leaking from the roof, the bathtub breaking apart, our dishwasher spraying water everywhere and after emailing and requesting someone come look at it the Maintenance man would say everything is fine and they will fix it when I move out like??? I’m paying for utilities so why is my bathtub cracking or why is there roaches painted over on the walls, but let’s not talk about the dog poop and trash ALL OVER THE PROPERTY on top of them placing a towing sticker on my car because I was sick with covid and didn’t leave for a week. ONE OF THE WORST COMPLEXES

After living here about a month I can say this- The management and workers at the apartment are very attentive, and really do try their best. Maintenance usually comes within a day, pest control is every Wednesday, Electricity usage is not bad, it’s pretty effecient. It’s a nice and quiet place with nice residents from who I’ve met. Seems safe, and has families as-well as college students here. Has a bus stop where busses come for Tamu every 5-10 min and a school bus stop for the families that live here . I had some initial problems with the outlets, lightbulbs, and water heat but matinence fixed them very quickly. I would say my only problem is some roaches that have found home in the apartment. Matinence and extermination come with the appt for no additional cost so I have had some repairs and visits from both services, and am getting (hopefully) a German cockroach clean out bomb on Wednesday. Leaving 5 stars since that problem isn’t horrible, many appts have them and there’s not always a ton you can do to make it permanently go away. I have had a bunch of help with it from the appt. Will update if problem goes away. Would recommend for any students or families if looking for a place to call home. Do wish the weight room had free weights- but maybe in time.

I just renewed my lease after staying here a year. I have been really grateful to the customer service I have received which is hard to find these days! I thought all my calls to the office would be found annoying but I was greeted with understanding and promptly taken care of by whoever answered the phone (mostly Billy) and at the end of each call Billy reminds me to have a blessed day which is always a good reminder. The electricity bill has the potential of being really low and the price is one of the best prices in College Station. I definitely recommend. There are not a lot of loud parties around me and it's a quiet atmosphere. I trust the office and never doubt that they are looking out for our best interest. That alone speaks volumes. Way to go willowick!

The assistant manager Christie(sp?) is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my move in request. If you’re looking for a home with reasonable and incredibly kind management… this is the place! I had heard nothing but good things about this complex before becoming a tenant. I was not mislead and I’m happily surprised. Safe, comfortable, and generous with their time.
