Amazing owner works so hard to make sure your experience is good, from the friendly greeting to making sure everything is OK, Great Bubble tea and wonderful Ice cream. Small cafe works well. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

This is the best bubble tea I have ever had!! I had the mango one and the brown sugar one and they were sooooo delicious! Highly recommend this place.

One of my fave places in Collingwood. You must try ALL of the flavoured green teas, I'm in love with the fresh fruit and passionfruit green teas, mango salad, and of course the bubble waffle! On the weekends she serves dim sum, from 11am - 2pm. The owner is very kind. Be prepared to wait because she makes everything from scratch. She's always in her PPE, and accepts cash, CC, and debit.

Waffle cone was awesome, staff were very friendly. Tried a bite of my wife's plant based ice cream which was surprisingly tasty.

Cute little dessert and bubble tea shop run by a nice lady in downtown Collingwood. She works very hard for each order. There is usually a line outside waiting to get in and order. They have lots of bubble teas and dessert options. The bubble waffle sundae is very popular. Definitely worth a try!

Best boba tea ever! Owners are very kind and helpful. Really cute and clean place with lots of lovely food and drink options.

Bubble tea used to be sooo good here, not so much anymore since owners changed. The straws are so small that you can’t even get any tapioca with your drink…it was also room temperature which is not what you want from a cold drink.

Upon entry, I was warmly welcomed by the 2 wonderful staff Tim and Vita. Although they were under a recent renovation, they were happy to take my order. Tim gave good recommendations on a Passionfruit Bubble tea that was prepared in a timely fashion. They offer a wide selection of Kawartha Ice cream flavours that we know and love. I was surprised on the availability of icecream during our colder months here in Collingwood. I would recommend anyone to try this little spot as it is truely a lovely experience. Thank you guys for the excellent service and bubble tea.

On a weekend visit to Blue Mountain, my family and I spent time in Collingwood. We stopped in for some ice cream, and was greeted by Vita. She served up some yummy kawartha ice cream. The serving was quite large - I was very impressed. Next time I’ll have to try their bubble tea! Cute shop with lots of options to enjoy!

Closes when Facebook and google says they are open. (On a Friday evening) Every time I go there is a list of things they are out of. One time we went at 11:20 it says they open at 11, door is locked sign still says closed. Someone inside doing things, definitely saw us. We waited 10 more minutes thinking he was just behind. Nope they had completely forgotten to unlock door and change sign but watched us stand there just out side the door. Today they had a sign be back in 10 minutes waited outside locked door for more than 10 minutes while someone was inside “working!?” They never come to change sign or unlock door so left. Have given multiple chances failed every time

10/10 rating for this local cafe! The owners were so kind and welcoming upon my arrival! The two drinks that are attached below are the "passion fruit bubble green tea", one is with tapioca & one is with jelly, and both tasted delicious! Shoutout to the owners for their great customer service & yummy products! Will go back soon!

We were walking and chanced upon this gem of a place. Very clean and was greeted with enthusiasm. I ordered a green matcha bubble tea. I was served by the very sweet and attentive owner, and the tea was delicious! It didn’t taste at all like the typical grainy, artificial residue bubble tea you get at the mall chain style places. A place like this is why bubble tea got popular enough for chains to pop up everywhere. Though we’re only here for a few days, we’re going back for food. The owner was kind to provide her card and asked me to call 20 mins before we come by so the dim sum dishes I’m planning to order are steamed fresh and ready. Will no doubt also try a waffle ice cream that the many pictures of happy customers were holding. A+++ for service and quality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This’s not ice cream cafe, is robbery cafe. I got ice cream with waffle and one scoop ice cream and paid $11. The ice cream wasn’t enough for big waffle and I asked them to get another scoop and she asking $5.65.

If you're looking for a unique twist on a sandwich I love going in for their bubble waffle chicken sandwich. And the bubble tea flavours are incredible. Thank you Daniel for the AMAZING customer service!

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. It tastes like flavoured water and the worst part is that they use powdered tea mix! And I thought Chatime was bad with their powdery taste bubble tea. This place is beyond bad. Avoid at all cost.
