Excellent comfort. The staff was helpful in pointing us in the direction of an excellent pub where we enjoyed a satisfying supper.

Waited 10 minutes to place the order. Supervisor was around saw me waiting didn’t take the order. After call for a manager Supervisor rudely told that we are busy with Drive thru, then why are you operating in store? There was this girl supervisor. Visited today at around 4.00-4.15 pm. Bad behaviour from Supervisor. And very bad service.

At this location and the others in collingwood isn't the first time that I notice that the staff is rushing to get service so fast they don't even give time to grill the food, like melting butter on bagels or my farmers wrap this morning was cold. Cmon Tim Hortons try provide a better service standard across the franchise.

Ordered - 12 grain bagel 'toasted' with plain cream cheese. Got - 12 grain bagel 'burnt' with plain cream cheese 🤷🏻

I like this Tim Hortons location. Usually I take "drive through", the same as this morning. One thing, I would like to mention. Please fix the asphalt at the curb - every car ends up in a deep hole there. This can damage the tires. Hope that can be easily fixed. Thank you

Poor service at this location....stop serving and leave walk in customers in favor of drive through...had to get back in my van for faster service in the end....not the first time. Avoid this location if you can.

In Collingwood, Ontario, there are 5 locations I went to yesterday morning, Saturday, Dec 10 2022. At approximately 4 am, not one location was open. Usually the Hume St. Location is open. Need to address this, happens alot. Un friendly staff and do not listen to what you order

This Tim’s is a normal Tim Hortons but the service is friendly and so fast. I wasn’t sure the coffee down at the pickup area was mine, it was it just that it there so quick after ordering. A customer a few minutes later asked if it was really her bagel because it was so fast. Staff was welcoming everyone when they arrived. So different from a big city Tim’s.

I was here for a while as I was waiting for a vehicle to be repaired they had good service I had a couple wrappers from food sitting on the table in front of me and one of the workers was going around cleaning and collected my garbage even though I told her she didn't have to do that. I was there very early and the donuts were nice and fresh also which was lovely.

I have ordered alot of times from here but everytime there is mistake in the order. Once I ordered food, they sent me 6 coffees instead of food. Once, there were egg shells in the egg that was in the wrap. This time they forgot to put one article in my order and then telling me to drive to tims and get it. Why the hell did I pay 4$ for delivery. And Then telling me they will drop me. Its everytime they do mistakes and apologize. The person who picked the phone up was having zero communication skills. I was telling her reusable cups and she was stuck on some raisin donuts. I had to ask her if she is even listening to what I am saying. This is the worst tims ever. They need to change staff or management here. Very poor service everyyyyy time.

Didn't seem to matter which location i visit. The coffee always tasted like dirty water. Just decided to leave this review as an overall assessment of Tim Hortons. I have purchased 1 coffee from a Tim Hortons in the past 3 months and i doubt i will ever again.

I was treated very rudely, n then the only language was Pakistani, n laughing. I know I speak for alot of people ,who are sick n tired of the Tim Hortons in Collingwood, Ontario, all 4 of them. Who are these people, who come to another Country, fill up 95% of the rentals n the jobs n then treat locals like we are beneath them.

This location is brutal. Ordered a BLT. It was loaded with lettuce and mayo. It had one tomato and one slice of bacon. Extremely low quality food. Reduce pricing or increase quantity.

Asked for extra butter and received this monstrosity it’s soaked! I don’t know why I keep going back every time there’s an issue with food I order from here I have to say this though the coffee tastes good I’ve learned my lesson never asking for extra butter again

Horrible service every time i come here. Iced coffee is just watered down and barely taste like coffee, my sandwich at lunch the next day was essentialy cremated and burt. Went to have it re made and the bread wasnt toasted at all and no sauce.

We went there at 4 am, and the server there was so rude and literally told us he wont take our order because “we were asking him too many questions”. Ridiculous service, we left without ordering after experiencing such humiliation. He was a brown guy, and was swearing at us. If people can’t handle morning shifts, they shouldn’t take it!!!!

This visit I only got a chocolate chunk cookie but it was amazing as usual

I went there at night time and the girl was working there I think name Kim and she was working with a positive attitude food was good too and coffeee was fresh best service ..Keep it up

The Drive through lady was on her phone while we ordered, the lady making out teas was clearly on her phone while we watched and waited for our teas, which she made with cream instead of milk in both teas, and probably 3 times the sugar we had asked for, almost spilled them handing them through the window. Absolutely the worst we service we have had.

Ordered chai tea latte and she made a cafe latte and put a tea bag in. Basically, I drank coffee mixed with tea. Unacceptable. Also, we ordered croissants along with a cookie and couple of donuts, they just crammed all of them in a single bag. It was a mess. Management needs to take these into notice.

New Year’s Day 9am - women's bathroom toilets were both a big filth pit! Should have left becuse after waiting on a toasted bagel with cream cheese I watched the worker put it in the microwave 🤢🤮. Tim Hortons bagels usually suck Becuse they don’t know how to toast them properly. But really!? Microwave!? Ew! Makes the cream curdle

I give it a low rating because.. while a very nice young girl was taking my order and picking my timbits the 'manager on duty' hollered from the drive thru area " I told you to get over here and work the sandwich station with the other girl". I should of got her name so I could report her to upper management about the unprofessionalism she displayed. There were others in the restaurant that were gawking to see what the fuss was about too. Koodoos to the young lady for her professional, soft spoken reply that she would be there when she finished with her customer. ME. And koodoos to me for not voicing my opinion then and there.

The lady at the till was very nice. Although the old woman on soup and samdwhich, grey hair, was very rude. I got a farmers wrap with sausage and bacon, I took one bite and realized it had no sausage, no big deal, but wanted my money’s worth so told them, I asked if they wanted my wrap back (i used to work at tim’s and we always took it back to re make them a new one) the lady that was on till said no, so i wrapped it up and had it in my hand. The lady asked me what was on my original farmers wrap, i said bacon, she said “so what was wrong about it” I said there was no sausage but I got sausage and bacon, so she asked me where my other wrap was, I held it up, she reached over the counter and grabbed it out of my hands, and through it into the trash loud enough to make a loud noise, she turned around to her co workers, and she said something and they laughed and looked at me. She turned around with a snarky smile on her face and said, she’s making a new wrap, hot and fresh. She after turned around and said “we don’t have time for this” as she was standing around doing absolutely nothing. Disgusting experience, The other girl, younger, on soup and sandwhich apologized for her which i appreciated. Being nice isn’t a hard thing to do, and if you are reading this old lady on soup and sandwhich with grey hair, you do not deserve to be working there if you are going to be disgustingly rude.

I give it three stars since the ice cap and the donut was good. I went to use their mens restroom and it was dirty. I am not sure how their kitchen is, since the food I received was good so far. Maybe they need to have someone go ahead and clean the toilet and bathroom too. First time customer here at this location. The workers were great and pleasant to order from. Addition to another service order I did today on September 7th, 2022. I ordered the grilled cheese melt and it did not look like a real grilled cheese. Nothing as pictured as well. I posted a picture of it too. The bread was a sesame bread.

Drama, drama. Keep it to the back. So loud you can hear it in the drive through. This leads to rushed orders that are not done with care. Order was rushed and not great in return. Costs keep going up for customers so should the quality of service. So many other places looking to get a piece of my wallet in return.

Great and fast but it only depends on the time if it's when the managers are gone the staff members normally slack off. That's why I started ordering a head through the app and I placed my order and by the time I get there I still have to wait 10 minutes for my order to be complete. They don't even apologize or anything and the drinks are somewhat okay.
