can
highly
recommend
the
Krav
Maga
training
from
you-can-fight
to
everyone,
especially
EVERYONE.
What
I
like
is
that
the
training
units
are
always
well
thought
out
and
varied
from
hour
to
hour,
so
that
as
a
newcomer
you
can
get
to
know
a
lot
of
techniques
in
a
very
short
time.
The
atmosphere
in
the
training
is
consistently
relaxed
and
unbiased,
so
that
you
can
approach
the
techniques
freely
but
with
the
necessary
ambition.
I
think
it's
great
that
you
have
the
opportunity
to
train
in
partner
exercises
with
a
wide
variety
of
participants
who
are
very
different
in
terms
of
physical
strength
and
that,
in
my
opinion,
the
training
can
really
prepare
you
realistically
for
emergency
situations.
All
in
all,
I
found
it
to
be
a
great
training
session
so
far
under
professional
guidance
that
I
would
especially
recommend
to
women
of
all
ages!
