    This year I decided to take Michael's MBSR course based on his recommendation and I am very grateful that I took this step. The experiences I was able to have during this course were very nice. I felt like I was in very good hands with Michael. The 8 weeks were accompanied by different meditation exercises, stories and conversations and were very varied. I was given skills that I can integrate into my everyday life to reduce stress. Experiencing this together in a group was a new experience for me. It was nice to share your experiences with other people. Michael is a very empathetic person and approaches his counterpart without judgment, but with a lot of openness. I can recommend this course. Thank you for the wonderful time! :-)

    Michael Breker is a very present and warm-hearted companion. After a four-day retreat with him, I returned to everyday life fulfilled and strengthened. On the one hand, Michael works in a very structured manner. He always has a clear agenda. On the other hand, he responds to the spontaneous wishes of the group or individuals. That impresses me. I am also impressed by his great knowledge and the clear communication of the content. He also leads the meditations very pleasantly vocally. I feel in good hands with Michael in every respect. My clear recommendation!

    Four months ago I signed up for the MBSR mindfulness course and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was even able to take a lot from the preliminary conversation. At the time I was having anxiety or panic attacks almost every day and I have to say it's much better now, but I can also deal with it much better. Michael designs the course very lovingly and incredibly informative. I had already dealt a lot with stress and its effects, but now I definitely know more and go through life much more mindfully and calmly. A clear recommendation for the MBSR 8 week course. I'm already looking forward to the next course.

    I was able to enjoy an MBCL course with Michael! It was so enriching and I am grateful to have found this course. The support, the structure of the lessons, the documents and the rooms always made me feel welcome. I have already taken an MBSR course somewhere else beforehand and can only say: there are worlds in between (not in terms of content, because you can't compare). I can only wholeheartedly recommend Michael as a person and companion! Thank you so much for this experience ❤️!

    I took the MBSR 8 week course and am very excited! Michael is very loving and makes the sessions very interesting and benevolent. The atmosphere in the mindfulness center is very nice, you quickly feel at ease. During the eight weeks I noticed that my stress level had dropped significantly. Overall, enriching experiences for my entire life. I'd be happy to come back!

    Der Kurs war sehr interessant und hilfreich auf mehreren Ebenen. Micheal war wirklich immer für einen da, im Kurs sowohl wie außerhalb des Kurses. Es hat echt spaß gemacht jede Woche aufs neue zum Kurs zu geben und hat sich jedes Mal wie ein kleiner Urlaub angefühlt für mich. Also ich kann dem Kurs wirklich jedem empfehlen :)

Michael then specifically goes into issues that the course participants "bring with them". And I'm happy that Michael is now also planning open mindfulness days (Saturdays). Because mindfulness day was my personal highlight of the MBSR course. I can only say: keep it up, dear Michael! (Original) Wer auf dem Weg in ein achtsameres Leben ist, dem kann ich die Kurse im Achtsamkeits-Zentrum nur empfehlen! Michael ist ein sehr kompetenter und hilfreicher Wegbegleiter. Die Räumlichkeiten in der Lothringer Straße sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und laden zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Außerdem ist das Achtsamkeits-Zentrum auch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, es liegt zwischen den KVB-Haltestellen Ulrepforte und Chlodwigplatz. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass es über das 8-Wochen-Kursprogramm hinaus regelmäßig offene Achtsamkeitsabende gibt. So kann man auch nach Beendigung des Kurses am Thema "Achtsamkeit" dranbleiben. Michael geht dann konkret auf Themen ein, die die Kursteilnehmer "mitbringen". Und ich freue mich, dass Michael nun auch offene Achtsamkeitstage (samstags) plant. Denn der Achtsamkeitstag war mein persönliches Highlight des MBSR-Kurses. Ich kann nur sagen: weiter so, lieber Michael!

    I took both courses (MBSR and MBCL) with Michael this year. It was a really great time in which I learned a lot about myself. With his calm manner, Michael manages to create a very pleasant atmosphere in which you can let yourself go. Michael took a lot of time for each individual participant. The rooms are also very comfortable and there was always this delicious herbal tea that I always looked forward to. I can recommend the courses to anyone who is interested in mindfulness and meditation.

    Everything I was able to experience through meditation and conversation with Michael has enriched my life greatly. The meditations are very well instructed, I feel accompanied on my personal path and have the space to perceive myself and get to know myself better. Everything can and nothing has to, that's a good idea. Michael takes his time and offers support with the great ability to quickly recognize where you stand, but without judging it in any way. I am very enthusiastic about his courses and can recommend them with full confidence.

    I have been taking the 8-week MBSR course for the last two months. I am very grateful for this intensive experience of mindfulness, the imparting of diverse knowledge about it and the exercises.     I can wholeheartedly recommend Michael and the MBSR course. The atmosphere is characterized by appreciation and welcome - just as you are, with what you do or can't do and what you have to share or not have to share. The content is about the basics of mindfulness, which is introduced through theoretical input and made tangible through practice. Although I came into contact with meditation many years ago and again and again, I was definitely able to take something with me and notice small but decisive changes every now and then.
