Habe mich "Willkommen" gefühlt. Das Angebot der Speisen ist weg vom "Fast Food " und hin zu GESUND und auch VEGAN . Das Grillgemüse&Avocado Sandwich war toll . Meine Kollegin hatte eine Backkartoffel und war auch super zufrieden. Weiter so - wir kommen wieder vorbei 😊

Endlich etwas gesundes & schnelles für unterwegs - und dann auch noch so viel vegan! 😍 Ich war mittlerweile schon ein paar Male hier und immer war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Salate und die Sandwiches sind meine Favoriten. Das Personal war sets freundlich. Kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Great healthy and vegetarian/vegan options for on-the-go. The service was friendly and informative (she told us it would take 4 minutes to prepare the chosen bowl). We had a quinoa and avocado bowl and a scrambled eggs oriental style. Both were delicious! We read the reviews after buying and eating our food and we understand how someone might find the dishes small, but in fact each dish represents the size an ideal meal should have and the correct ratio of protein, carb, veggie etc. If you want a large meal you should go to a buffet and if you want a cheap meal you should go to a fast food place. At Ida and Frida you pay for the value of the meal you receive and you are able to consume a nutritious meal.

Auf dem Bild beworben wird eine große to go-bowl. In Wirklichkeit bekommt man einen Kaffebecher, zu 75% gefüllt. False advertising at its best. Dafür 4,20 zu verlangen ist frech. Als ich die Dame beim Zubereiten höflich fragte, ob das die Bowl auf dem angezeigten Foto sei, reagierte sie genervt und patzig. Lieber nicht hingehen

Unfortunately, the salad wasn't particularly fresh and overall didn't taste particularly good. I also found the homemade bread weak. I would have liked a little more variety in the salad.

I actually wanted to take my food with me in the advertised reusable container. That didn't go down well. I wasn't exactly told in a friendly way that I would have to wait 15 minutes. I was the only person at the stand and there were 2 employees there.... 🤔I couldn't wait that long and took the disposable packaging. At least the food tasted okay.

I was impressed with the variety on offer at this little restaurant. During my journey, I wanted to eat something nutritious to give me energy for the next part of my trip. The Falafel Vital Booster Salad (vegetarian) and fresh orange juice was a fantastic option! The portion was sufficient. The staff member was very nice. I will definitely eat there again when I am in Cologne :)

Unfortunately, our visit was punished with food poisoning two hours later. I should have trusted my gut feeling - I wasn't sure if the muffin was moldy. Apparently he was. Despite the other reviews, the health department should urgently take a look here. I will inform you about this straight away. A pity.

Hab mir eine Bowl und einen Tuna wrap gekauft, der wrap war total trocken als wäre er ziemlich als und die Bowl hat beim öffnen nach Müll gerochen, hätte ich mal vorher die Rezension gelesen, da scheine ich nicht die einzige zu sein die dort gammeliges Essen bekommen hat. Furchtbar

Man sollte keine to good to go Lieferung anbieten wenn der Laden in Köln am Hbf komplett zu ist. Ich war heute den 7.11 dort. Laut Schild sollen die Boxen bei der Nordsee liegen. Dort nachgefragt, der Zettel ist von gestern, heute war der Laden garnicht offen. Schlechteren Service habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Ich hatte ein Tomate Mozzarella flatbread und eine Schale Erdbeeren. Kosten:9,80. Das flatbread war trocken und die Tomate schmeckte säuerlich. Die Erdbeeren waren komplett vergoren. Definitiv kein Essen von heute. Bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad ist das nahezu unverschämt. Zumindest die Bedienung war sehr nett. Essen sollte man dort aber nichts.

Ich bin ein riesen Fan von Veggi Läden und unterstütze das auch gerne. Ich hatte hier jeweils einen der beiden Sandwiches gekauft. Einen mit Räuchertofu und einen mit Avocado. Leider war das Brot super trocken wodurch es im Mund gefühlt immer mehr wurde. Der Belag war gesund und gut belegt, aber komplett ungewürzt und somit fade. Sofern es sich nicht bessert würde ich dort leider nicht mehr kaufen.
