But the server we had was horrible.. the food was verry dry (you can see it on the picture.. ) and when you ask for extra cheese on the fries they wont even do this.. i asked for some items not to be on the plate cause i dont eat that.. but it was still on the plate what is sad cause after my dinner they have to trow it away.. the staff was more flirting with one girl than doing there job. It was verry dissepointed. They really need to go to the one in London at Piccadilly circus cause they know how to make sure people have a good time + will come back. We more got the feeling no one liked working there. Except for the young guy and the women from colombia who walked us to our table. The girl i think she was british in the shop was amasing. This kindness of this girl, they have to get in the restaurant aswel. Sad experience overall and i will not go back.. Sadly i came home and was sick all night and day after.. went to the doctor and had foodposioning.. friend who was a chef told me that probably the ribs were old cause the colour of them in the inside were greyish..

We are great fans of HardRockCafes all around the world. Everything was great but we had to wait for our food quite long despite the fact it was in the evening!... But it was delicious! We didn't like that everybody was coughing and it wasn't taken into account when we were given our table. Fortunately, we didn't get I'll.

Service was a bit slow to get my order but once she got my order things began going smoother. Happy hour cocktails were ok and food was good. Yes, a bit pricey due to the brand but I do advise to take the time and look at the memorabilia. After all that is what you are paying as well. Great service from the gift shop! Alles in allem war es OK, aber die Verantwortlichen können sich eine Scheibe von Hamburg, München oder Lissabon abschneiden. Vor einigen Jahren war es hier in Köln auch noch wesentlich besser.... Der Name genügt eben doch nicht... Schade!

Super friendly staff! We let them know we were vegetarians and they told us all the adjustments they could make to the existing menu + they have a vegan burger (which I had and it was delicious!).

Although we had booked a table the manager seemed flustered and had to organise a table even though the restaurant was half empty on a Saturday night. We were seated upstairs which lacked atmosphere, waiters were not very attentive, no offers or mention of the included free refills. Small menu, however the food was lovely.

I haven’t been to a Hard Rock Café in decades, but it feels just like coming home. Super friendly and competent waiters, and the food and drinks are out of this world! If you are into American food, please visit this place.

The usual HRC vibe with loud music and good food and drinks. We visited on a Friday evening so the place seemed especially busy and happening. The only jibe I have with what was otherwise a really good visit is that we had specified the reason of the visit as being my wife's birthday, but apart from the cursory wish from the maitre d' nothing else was done - no surprise cake or free drink or discount. And this was after them having explicitly asked for a reason while reserving online. A bit sloppy in my opinion.

The hard rock was so refreshing to see after living in Germany for almost a month. Nestled in a light traffic area The Hard Rock was super busy but very accommodating. The food was amazing, I got the Salmon Veggies & Potatoes, while my husband got a Cheese Burger. Both were amazing along with a Strawberry Mint lemonade to wash it down. The service was a little slow but other than that no issues.

I have been many hard rock cafes around the world. My expectation was higher maybe that’s why I didn’t like food here. Service was good. Cocktail was decent. But burger was quite dry also chicken wings was good portion but not the best one.

The food here is DELICIOUS. I have eaten plenty of burgers and I can say that they served me the best one yet. The people who work there are extremely nice and take your allergies very serious. They take their time with every guest and do their best to make you feel at home and feel comfortable.

I am a fan of the Hard Rock and I possess more then 30 T-shirts, and I decided to come here because I missed Cologne T-shirt. My wife and I decided to eat here for lunch, we took a BBQ burger and the half chicken, the food was very good. Good portion, quiet big, and the chicken was cook very well. For drinks we took one Fanta and one Guinness, about the Guinness I expected more cold but was ok. In the end we went to the shop to buy 4 T-shirts. It was very small but with very nice staff. I definitely recommend it even if is smaller than the other Hard Rock Cafe.

Visited on 21st October, the place was very busy but all staff members were really nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long to get it from time of ordering. Place is very clean and good atmosphere. Pedro really made the experience for us. Will definitely be back again. Well done all ❤

If you love burgers, this is the place which u need to visit if you are in Köln… Amazing warm place decorated with rock and roll items from different historical bands like Beatles, kiss, Rolling Stones, queen etc. friendly stuff, good quality of food and of course you can buy a souvenir from the hard rock café store which takes place inside as well.

Food and beers were great. Music a bit on the loud side, so everyone sounded like they were shouting at each other. Tables extremely close to each other. Unfortunately, table service was slow due to insufficient staff members. My waiter was great but could definitely do with an extra pair of hands.

Great place. Lots of good music, clean free restrooms. Good food except the milkshakes are a little thin. The chocolate I had tasted odd. Bitter. But my cheese burger was delicious. Came with fries. No need to ask for them. Hosting staff and wait staff and Rock Shop staff all friendly and fun. I recommend it!

As usual I have got the baby ribs. Taste was good, big portion however it was over cooked. Fries portion were as a kids meal. Not complaining as I will continue to have it whenever I visit HRC. Maybe this time the chef had some issues.

Although there were no tables for us, we waited in the bar for around an hour, and the guy (can't remember his name, but know he was from Argentina) was absolutely fantasic. His service was second to non, and i can't thank him enough. Good was also great and served in a very good time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant but would advise booking online first.

Stopped in here for a quick drink and snack. Always enjoy this chain of restaurants, and this one did not let us down. The nachos were great and really enjoyed the special Christmas drink. Great place as all hard rock café. Price are very reasonable and the staff knowledgeable. Advise the staff that you want to split the bill before ordering because it was a bit of an issue when the bill came. Other then that food was great and so was the music!

It was my first time eating at hardrock, the food looked good but tasted "okay" the environment is quite nice, together with live music. The service on the other hand, some would say its amazing, but i wasn't a big fan of it, it was really pushy, but welcoming?

Big fan of the Hard Rock Café's worldwide! And this one is no exception. First of all the staff was incredibly friendly, both the waitress and the person at the front desk guiding us to our seats. They also switched to perfect English when they noticed we were struggling a bit in German. Great food options and a wide variety. Food came out rather quickly too even though the place was packed full of people. We took the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and the boneless chicken wings. The portions are rather big, but the quality was great! The pulled pork and chicken wings were amazing. Atmosphere wise, it is one of the darker Hard Rocks inside as there aren't really any windows near the seating on the ground floor. This however doesn't bother me, as usual lots of great Rock memorabilia on the walls and a large bar liven up the place. Will definitely come back when in the Cologne area again, really recommend a visit. I would however recommend reserving a table online before your visit to make sure you do not have to wait in line. Close to some nice touristic spots of this city, like the Huge Cathedral, the White Snow and the 7 dwarfs garden stays this Hard Rock Cafe. The menu is already known, with some local food and drinks. The decoration makes the difference for this house around the world!!!
