A bit difficult to find the office but security was helpful. As far as I know, the city has to move out of there because it used to belong to the Oppenheim Esch Fund (Cologne clique) and now a Korean investor owns the property and has made it significantly more expensive. Great monumental building, I'm excited to see who will be the successor. It is the city of Kön's own fault for leaving the building to Oppenheim Esch, they can't handle finances other than setting up nasty speed cameras and collecting money.

Many elevators are broken and the stairwells are not clearly marked. The office names are very confusing and although they try very hard to provide information, they cannot always help.

Very large and yet clear administration building. In practice, all possible city authorities are centrally located in one place. Events on public topics are also held here.

Long distances, but everything is accessible. The trade office in the back building is somewhat confusingly located on level 7. Please do not confuse it with "floor", because in reality it is the 5th floor. If you haven't had breakfast or gotten a coffee to go by then, you can do so in the cafe (main building - middle distance) when it opens.

Auf dem Zeugenfragebogen (Blitzer) steht bitte zurücksenden an Stadt Köln Stadthaus 50605 im Internet steht eine andere Postleitzahl. Vermutlich ist die miete sehr Teuer von Stadthaus das so viele Blitzer in Köln aufgestellt werden. Ihr spielt nur mit dem Brot von Menschen. Man kann es auch Übertreiben mit den Mobilen Blitzer die sowieso fraglich sind und in verufung geraten sind.

Very nice reception. I took part in a training course and it was very interesting. One point deducted is the very large building, which is largely unused. Could be used as a green area or something else.
