Highly displeased with the service of DeutscheBahn. As a traveller from Belgium I bought a 49-ticket for my 4 day trip in Germany in the middle of July! Have been having problems with this company ever since. First, it turned out that I will also have to pay for August as well, because I didn’t see that I have to cancel the ticket before the 10th. Second, when I cancelled it in July and then August it also uploaded for September. All my emails were unanswered. It was impossible to reach by phone the department for subscription many times, however the company asks for the money just alright. I don’t want ever more to have any business with DeutsheBahn as they are absolutely indifferent to their customers.

Worst train service ever, they changed the platform at the last minute and they only gave 5 minutes to go from one platform to other. Amazing such an horrible organization for a country that is know because of that.

“Your train will be late. You’ll lose your connection. The next one, in 2 hours, is full. There’s nothing we can do.” This is the sort of customer service I got. Awful company, disorganized and not attentive to customers at all. Never again will book a train trip in Germany. Such inefficient people! And expensive too. At 235 euros from Koln to Amsterdam (for 3 people) in second class, this was more expensive than Thalys (high speed) and than the high speed train we took from London to Edinburgh, on first class, with fee meal service on board, which cost us 60 pounds per person. Ridiculous. It would have been quicker and cheaper to go by Uber all the way and I wouldn’t have to stand in a crowded local train for 4 hours.

As so many people here are saying, incredibly rude customer service. First you are told that you have done everything wrong, then when you point out you are following the information from DB they get even ruder. No information and then abused when you ask. Welcome to the best run train service in the world!

Two trains today delayed one after another totaling +2,5 hours and ruined meeting plans and further travel. DB is totally disrespectful to passengers time and money paid for the worst transportation timing. Apologies not accepted. Return the fares in full!

Bought my ticket to Luxemburg this morning. The delay was understandable. Then the track changed and train number also got changed, the broadcast may have said that but the display didn't get updated other than saying the track change and time delay. It was a bit confusing. I should have been a bit smarter. I should have asked the crew whether I should have got on the train that doesn't seem to have the station where I will take a transfer. Anyways, I went back to the reisezentrum to ask help, so I can get on the next train. Problem was solved smoothly and I am OK to pay the extra €€ for the ticket price difference. Just to write to add a few more stars 🌟 😉

Terrible, racist, they screamed at me that if I didn't speak German then I should go out, (we are in Germany) !!? very discriminating behavior, super aggressive workers not honest at all..77€ for a week ticket again, and bad experience. Again very discriminating.

Trains are heavily delayed or even cancelled, Folks at ticket office are serving without looking at numbers assigned by electronic queue. Is that Germany at all?

My travel at the 1th of March was totally unpredictable due to a train fall out. Thanks to the prompt reaction of a service girl at "info" I arrived save and secure. Thank you so much Deutsche Bahn

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. This company is a JOKE. I’ve been in Germany for 3 days, non of the trains I took was on time. Delays were still reasonable (10 minutes), on my last day I had to catch a Thalys back to Paris but I had to get from Dusseldorf to Köln with DB, my train was delayed 40 min, of course I missed my Thalys to Paris. Went to the customer desk, the woman tells me I need to spend the night in Köln and pay for the hotel and the train for the day after..I still can make a claim but they can’t ensure that I will be refunded. I am still shocked.

One of their employees was extremely kind today. Don’t know his name but he helped me solving a problem with a missed train. Thank you!

The Deutschland ticket is an absolutely shameless service. The ticket is designed to help people in a time of financial difficulty and now they owe me 350€ and will not replay to any calls, emails or registered letters so I can get it back. Their system is so bad I had three tickets all the same running in my name for months on end. This should be very easy to prove and resolve but no! They read my letters but never replay. The government needs a full shakedown on this system. Tomorrow I’m going into this office and they will have to call the police if they want to remove me!

If they gave me an euro for each time I had a delay in a Deutsche bahn's train I'd be a millionaire. Horrible, frustrating and expensive service.
