A good way up see the view of Cologne. The cost is €5 and you get to the top in a lift and then a few stairs. At the top is a clear wall with diagrams of what is ahead of you. You can see 360 degrees and there is no real time limit of how long you can stay.

Ein Muss, wenn man in Deutz ist. Mit den Aufzug schnell in die 28. Etage. Oben genießt man eine super Aussicht über Köln und Umfeld. Die Sicht reicht bei klarem Wetter bis Bonn und Siebengebirge oder Leverkusen und weiter. Die schönsten Eindrücke von oben auf Köln, einfach genial.

Excellent view, clean modern building and felt safe as you whizz up 28 floors in the lift. Viewing area has glass panels but still retains an 'open' feel - good value at 5 Euros with no time limit, one to put on your to do list if in Cologne

Great observation deck to have a view of Cologne from 28 floors above ground. It has these glass panels and the landmarks drawn on each glass panels are the landmarks you can see through this panel. The observation deck is well maintained and clean. It costed 5€ and you do not need to buy tickets in advance. Definitely a must visit place when in Cologne.

Really nice view point of Cologne, the price is 5€ for adults and you can get a medal like in Venecia or other famous land marks. The view point is reached by elevator and some stairs or there is a additional elevator if you are unable to take stairs. View point itself is covered by glass walls and it blocks majority of the wind.

You can get some really good views from the top - good to also orientate yourself before doing a walk through other sites. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed when we visited.

After 28 floors by elevator, you have an amazing panorama view of the city! A must see!

Super cheap, 4€ for a student for what is a great view of the cathedral and surrounding cologne. When i visited it wasn't super crowded too
