Been here twice, it’s a perfect place for a short stay, you are right on the party street and next to the few best known bars and clubs. Staff is helpful and they have a coffee machine for hotel guests to use, much appreciated on a hungover morning. Will stay here if I come back to cologne

Modern room and bathroom. Free coffee and tea. The staff was friendly. The location isn’t in the middle of the city, needs to walk for 20 mins to the city centre. The wall isn’t really soundproof. But overall everything’s great.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. First of all, the rooms are very tiny. I think the ones seen in Google images belong to a few large rooms. Anyway. During the interview, they said the total price for 3 nights was 194.00 €. but when I came to pay they quoted a price of €384.00. The reason was that we were entering the weekend. This is ridiculous. They victimized me. Please talk about everything from the beginning when you go to this hotel and never trust their words. Because then someone comes and explains to you that I am the boss, I know the prices and the employee does not know this. It's ridiculous. It is a very sad situation. I never recommend it. Be very careful. I was victimized because of the disagreement between the boss and the employee. very shameful.

Plus points: Friendly staff and very welcoming Lovely rooms and very high quality of furnishings Excellent location Reasonably priced Areas needing attention: - Things don’t work and don’t see any sense of urgency: TV doesn’t work for days now, Credit Card Swipe machine doesn’t work for a week and they only accept cash! - No house keeping for days and bed sheets not replaced

Excellent price/quality ratio. Pleasant staff, there was water, tea, coffee, mini fridge in the room. The only thing is, maybe you need to ventilate the room a little, because there was a little strange smell, but everything is fine

I Had taken a train all night from Berlin to Köln, so I was very sleepy but since I had another train that night from Köln I couldn't stay all night but I was very sleepy, fortunately I came across this hotel that you can rent for a few hours so I could take a nap. Very great idea and it saved me from sleeping in a park!

We stayed just one night, the heating started to make a horrible noise during the hole night, so we couldn't sleep. At 4am we decided to tell the receptionist and he changed us the room without hesitate. The staff were very lovely and kind 😊.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, close to the center of things and wonderful staff. They went the extra mile for us, making our stay so special as we were in Cologne for our anniversary. Highly recommend.

couldn't find a place to crash at so i came here. it was a wonderful decision👏🏻 super friendly receptionist on the phone and in person, there's always someone at the front desk and the price is in my eyes absolutely more than fine: i paid 50€ for one night and am thinking about staying another one because my room is so nice, and while the bathroom doesn't have a window, it's plenty of space to go about shaving or taking a shower with someone else🐘 i was very surprised in the best sense possible and i'm hoping to stay again soon🥳

Very polite and welcoming staff, big rooms and the cleanliness was to the point. Surprisingly enough, reception staff said some greating words in my own language. In addition, within 1 min walk distance there is a buss and tram station so the access to major city attractions is really fast and easy.

Rooms were clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms tick most of the boxes, but no bottled water in my room (colleague had it in his room) my shower was blocked too.

Bedsheets had some fabric pilling and were a bit scratchy. The fridge was laughably tiny, don’t expect it to keep anything bigger than a standard sized bottle bottle cool. Location was great. Convenience store literally next door. Extremely safe area. Balcony was nice to get some fresh air (but there’s no visibility). The only thing separating your balcony from the one next door is two plants. Facility was overall clean, 7/10. Shower was a bit small. Noise from next door neighbors was not an issue. Room was sufficient for a 2-3 day stay.
