Der DM Markt am Kölner Eigelstein ist ein Ort der Charakterschwäche! Hier werden Kundinnen von Mitarbeitern beleidigt, dies auf unterstem Interaktionsniveau. Kürzlich wurde ich dort am einem Samstag Morgen Zeuge einer erschreckenden Szene: in dem kleinen Ladenlokal befanden sich nur wenige Kunden. Eine ältere Dame erledigte ihre Einkäufe. Hinter einem Regal direkt neben mir fanden sich zwei Mitarbeiterinnen zusammen und eine (die Täterin: ca. 25 Jahre, groß, dürr, braune kurze Haare) äußerte zur anderen laut vernehmlich : " ...die alte Frau (gemeint war die Kundin) ist wieder da, ich muss kotzen...". Darauf lachten beide Mitarbeiterinnen laut. Vom Verhalten der Mitarbeiterinnen angeekelt verließ ich unverzüglich den Laden. Ich werde dieses Geschäft, in welchem Mitarbeiter Kunden erniedrigen, nie wieder aufsuchen. Und ich rate anderen Kunden sich unbedingt ebenso zu verhalten.

After a long time I went shopping in this branch again. Unfortunately, not much has improved. I bought, among other things, a foot ointment. When I got home, I noticed that "once again" someone had opened the protective film under the lid. This happens regularly. Why isn't more attention being paid here? Not enough staff?

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I have never seen such a disgraceful branch. Strangely enough, every time I go shopping there, an employee stands right behind me (or other non-Germans) for minutes, doing nothing and staring at every single step. That's why I JUST looked at the employee confused and was verbally abused by her in front of all the customers. I've often noticed the older lady with short hair in this regard. Strangely enough, I never see such behavior towards German customers. They try to be friendly. Black hair is probably enough to accuse someone of a crime. And that wasn't the only negative experience. How many times have I been accused of some kind of wrongdoing and have been able to refute it every time. Apparently they just want to disgust customers like me out here. If xenophobia is the company mentality, I probably shouldn't go there again. Although I've been to DM several times a week for years, this was the last time.

Der DM ist sehr gut von dem Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Der DM selbst ist sehr gepflegt und immer mit vorrätigen Produkten. Sollte sich eine Schlange an der Kasse bilden, wird diese in wenigen Minuten durch eine weitere Kasse unterbunden, sodass man schnell bezahlen kann. Die netten Mitarbeiter stehen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Full of people not enough team

Was there because I had to wait for my husband. I had enough time and was able to browse in peace :) It was my first time in the branch and I found it pleasant. There was hardly anything going on in the morning (hardly any customers) and the store was clean and the employees were just as friendly.

The ladies at the checkout (12:27) was incredibly nice! I wanted to pay with the points on my DM card and she gave me this piece of paper with a beautiful smile. She knew what I needed before I said it. Amazing customer service….

Everything is always clean and tidy. The staff is super friendly. You always get direct help with an inquiry.

A shameful drugstore! Advertises children's products and is absolutely NOT a child-friendly store. Just don't go shopping with your children, otherwise you'll get thrown out and have to talk to the police. Shameful for DM. The employee with the blonde dyed hair from today 12/23/23 and the lady (I'm deliberately not naming names) should be terminated immediately!
