Absolut enttäuschend! Es wird nichts mittels Kamera vermessen (wie eig üblich) sondern nur per Augenmaß das Rad eingestellt. Am Ende habe ich viel Geld bezahlt und mir sogar noch Schuhe, Sattel und Einlegesohlen verkaufen lassen. Das Problem, das Rad fuhr sich nicht wirklich gut und für einen weiteren Termin, zwecks Nachbesserung, musste ich 5-8 Wochen warten. Ich habe dann irgendwann entnervt aufgegeben, da auch die weiteren Termine keine Besserung brachten und mir einen anderen Bikefitter gesucht. Dieser hat dann am Ende nur den Kopf geschüttelt über die erbrachte „Leistung“ von Sebastian. Schade ist dass am Ende nicht mal ein Feedback zu meiner Beschwerde kam. Interessant auch, das auf der Homepage mit Leuten wie Zabel und Greipel geworben wird obwohl die seit Jahren nicht mehr dorthin gehen.

Mein Fazit vorab: 290€ ist dafür m.E. n’ bisl zu teuer, aber man sitzt besser drauf. Ja, die Leute dort sind nett - alles super. Man bekommt Kaffee angeboten u auch Wasser. Zum Fitting selbst: Das bike wird in ein Ergometer gespannt u der Mensch wird gemessen inkl. Schrittlänge. Danach wird die Druckverteilung der Füße auf einer Platte gemessen u visualisiert. Dazu gibts den ersten Werbeblock - wir machen auch Einlegesohlen. Die cleats der Schuhe werden in Längsrichtung angepasst, quer bzw Drehung glaube ich nicht. Super war, dass es bei mehreren Schuhen gemacht wurde, die ich mitgebracht hatte. Dafür gibts den zweiten Werbeblock - wir haben Schuhe von Lake probier doch mal diesen an. Im Anschluss gehts aufs bike und die Sattelhöhe wird festgelegt. Linkes Bein durchstrecken u wenn du dich nicht aus dem Sattel drückst, passt es. Das Becken sollte also beim Padalieren gerade bleiben. Keine Raketentechnik. Gleiches gilt für die Satteleinstellung horizontal. Lot bei waagerechter Pedalstellung hinter der Kniescheibe runter u das sollte die Pedalachse sein. Kannste dir auch bei YouTube so angucken. Am Ende wird die Lenkerhöhe bestimmt. Bei mir kamen alle Spacer raus, hätte ich mich nicht so radikal getraut. Sitze nun aber viel besser im Rad und nicht nur oben drauf. Gedauert hat das Ganze knapp zwei Std. Einiges davon, zB die cleats bekommt man zu 98% selbst ganz gut hin. Auch die Sattelhöhe u mit Hilfe auch die horizontale Verschiebung wird man selbst ganz ordentlich hinbekommen. Die Lenkerhöhe hätte ich so nicht selbst gemacht. Wer also das letzte Prozent an Einstellung noch rausholen möchte, kann hier mal draufgucken lassen, zahlt mit ~ 150€ pro Std. aber auch einen sehr ordentlichen Kurs. 300 km nach dem Fitting kann ich aber bestätigen, dass es tatsächlich besser passt als vorher. Ich hatte aber auch keine Beschwerden. Wenn man solche hat und sie durch das Fitting wirklich behoben werden, kann man das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sicher auch anders bewerten. Ach ja, es gibt dort ne Dusche. Wenn man - wie ich - danach noch ne kl. Testfahrt durch Köln unternimmt, kann man diese benutzen. Tolle Sache.

Starting from the first contact via email with super quick response to the appointment arrangement, to the final fitting, I am very impressed. When the appointment was made, the response was customer-oriented and quick. The bike fitting appointment itself was excellent. The entire team is super nice, you immediately feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you open the door. Advice on the right cycling shoes is not about selling products, but about finding a shoe that fits your foot. I have already worn the soles from Solestar used at Kom*Sport, but even these were individually adjusted again free of charge. When adjusting the cleats and the wheel, as well as when adjusting the soles, everything was always explained comprehensibly and on an orthopedic basis. Once the bike has been turned completely inside out, I can't deny the promised muscle soreness after several rides on the roller and outside. If you're thinking about such a fitting, don't hesitate and make an appointment at Kom*Sport. The result will inspire and bring a lot of joy back into your own training. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars, but the entire team and every single component of the fitting are at least worth it. I will definitely come again :) Edit: It's a shame that you can't give a second rating, because I bought a new bike based on the size recommendation and had it refitted accordingly. What can I say: As with the first appointment, I was completely satisfied and will go back for a fitting there, regardless of which bike. Still 5 stars ⭐️

Ich war letzte Woche bei Sebastian zum fitting und muss wirklich sagen, so gut habe ich mich selten beraten und aufgehoben gefühlt. Eine super lockere Atmosphäre mit einer Professionalität die man so nicht oft sieht. Er hat sofort erkannt woran man Schrauben und arbeiten muss, sowohl am Bike, als auch am Fahrer um das Optimum aus beiden Welten heraus zu holen. Hut ab und vielen Dank für alles👍🏻

Was soll ich sagen? Bin überwältigt, wie viel besser und sportiver ich sitze, welche Muskelgruppen ich auf einmal beanspruche, wie viel Kraft ich aufs Pedal bekomme, wie viel „runder“ ich trete. Und vor allem: keine Schmerzen mehr. Denn damit hatte ich vorher am meisten zu kämpfen und sogar hin und wieder den Spaß am Training verloren. Seit dem Bikefitting ist das alles passé. Die Beratung ist ausführlich, detailliert, hat mich da abgeholt, wo ich wissensmäßig stand. Viele Erklärungen. Ich bzw. das Fahrrad wurde nicht nur „ausgemessen“, ich habe Gefühl, dass wir medizinisch/ orthopädisch aufeinander abgestimmt wurden. Hab die Daten aus den ersten Touren noch nicht komplett analysiert und weiß daher nicht genau, wie viel Watt ich mehr aufs Pedal bekomme. Es sind aber definitiv mehr als vorher, würde mal so um die 15 Prozent schätzen.

Einen Stern gibt es weil Sebastian ganz nett war, . Zu Besuch bei Bikedress in München, hat KOMSPORT mein Fahrrad (ca. 45 min) mit viel Prosa umgebaut und es war unerträglich zu fahren danach. Dokumentation war unzureichend, und vermessen wurde nichts. Alles reines „Bauchgefühl“. Ein Termin zur Nachbesserung wurde versprochen, ist aber unmöglich zu vereinbaren, da man nur alle paar Monate mal für ein paar Stunden in München weilt. Eine solche Exklusivität hat ihren Preis und so wurden 300€ bezahlt…Gegenwert gleich null, schade, da hat es jemanden dringender gebraucht als ich.

I have been a customer since 2017 and have already been on site with several of my bikes (Emonda, Tarmac, Stigmata, Scale RC, Crux) for precise adjustment and I always went home with a beaming face. Basically, it is very important to adjust your own bike precisely. You can simply ride comfortably for longer and therefore faster - you simply sit better in the bike. Inquiries regarding advice on suitable frame sizes and appointment requests for bike fitting were always answered very promptly. The entire team is always friendly and there is always time for conversations about cycling and sport in general.
