Beautiful room, clean and relaxing. Neverthless the staffing behavior and service is shameful, they also reduced the time of the experience we had to leave totally wet.

Always happy to visit and have a relaxing day! The service is very friendly. The Wellness is very clean and it just looks so cool! I tried already suites with sauna, water massage bed and also with steam room and after every visit i was very relaxed.

Sad to see this place going downhill. Maybe new management? But lights flickering or plain not working. Broken equipment, cleaning residue in and around all walls in the suits. This was way better and I honestly hope they can fix this decline before it becomes more systemic. Will not visit this location anymore as the others are way better in service and quality.

Fantastic experience, my girlfriend and I visited from New Zealand. We had some trouble booking online and reading the emails as everything was in German and it required a German address to book. Upon arrival we were served by a lovely woman who had excellent English and was able to explain everything. Our superior suite with candles and petals exceeded our expectations, however we found that the wait time from ordering food/drinks was very long. The menthol/eucalyptus for the steam room did not work, but we were not charged for it. We would absolutely do this again if we come back to Germany, and hope one day you open more stores around the world.

Such a great relaxing experience one hour is definitely not enough, i would say the minimum is 2 hours.

We had a great time at MyWellness. It was very relaxing, the staff was super helpful and welcoming. Our suite was clean and in a good state. We will recommend it to our friends and definitely come back here!
