    Tolles Studio mit sehr herzlichen und aufmerksamen Yoga Lehrern! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl in der familiären Atmosphäre und Bes‘ & Michis positive Ausstrahlung färben schnell ab. Die Yogastunden sind eine perfekte Mischung zwischen Herausforderung und Entspannung.

    My absolute favorite yoga studio! A wide variety of classes are offered by a large number of yoga teachers who somehow always have something special for me. The small space makes you feel very comfortable, almost like you are in your own living room. Thank you Besam for this great experience and the regular yoga breaks.

    I had a great lesson with a more than competent trainer, which is the absolute main thing. There is a point deduction for the room. It's too small and narrow for me personally. The distance to the next person was too close for me and you had to be careful with your arms and legs.

    After several yoga lessons with various yoga teachers, I would like to make a clear recommendation. The hours were very relaxing and soothing. The yoga teachers are very considerate and guide you through individual, fantastic programs. The location is perfect for feeling good and getting ahead with your needs.

    Best studio in Cologne! You come in and immediately feel at home. Bessam is such a great person and yoga teacher, Michi leads her courses with so much heart and I love her classes with sore muscles guaranteed😁 But everyone else who teaches there also does it with heart and love!

    Was für eine tolle Yogastunde und vorallem ist Bessam ein wundervoller Yogalehrer und ein noch tollerer Mensch. Warmherzig, wertschätzend, aufmerksam und witzig . Die Stunde war wirklich was fürs Herz, den Körper und die Seele und ich habe große Lust regelmäßig teilzunehmen. Wie eine warme Dusche. Großartig.
