I visited the store with a big problem, relatively spontaneously and not planned. I received a warm welcome and my problem was immediately understood. It's incredible to hear the team talk about customers when they weren't happy with the outcome and express it in an appropriate, legitimate tone. The fact that I was served by a first-year trainee without being informed in advance made me feel uneasy. I would have liked to have had the choice of whether or not I wanted to be served by an inexperienced person. During the conversation I was also informed that the trainee was not yet fully capable of implementing my wishes. A colleague then had to explain to her how she should set the strands. This further undermined my trust in the salon. Unfortunately, my fears were confirmed. The color of my hair has become inconsistent and I now look like a chipmunk. My hair is extremely stressed and I am very dissatisfied with the result. The consultation beforehand was also bad. My wishes were not understood and I had the feeling that no proper advice was given. In addition, people talked about my hair almost constantly in Turkish, which really bothered me. I pointed out several times that it bothered me and asked what it was about, but unfortunately my request was ignored.

The team is very friendly, they look after you and make you feel really special. For us it was about an updo and make-up for a prom and we were super happy, the make-up was perfect and the hairstyle was also just great.

All the employees and the owner herself are super professional, work very well and are happy to take the time to make your hair dream come true. Prices are very fair, I always enjoy coming back! Eyebrows are also made very fine and clean!
