Always my home away from home when going to cologne. A modern individual tastefully designed hotel. Very relax and all you need. Additional of traveling by car easy parking free of charge in front of the hotel. Great breakfast.

Brilliant hotel!! Staff were just lovely and spoke brilliant English. The room was immaculate. The only downfall is the location as it’s quite far out of town but it’s easy enough to get an Uber or a bus. We really loved our stay thank you to all staff at the New Yorker hotel!!

Nice hotel with good service. Was in the loft area, where the room was enormous! The type of room was a bit lacking in function though - there is a window with a sheer curtain looking into the bedroom from the toilet (no privacy!) and no full-length mirror in main room or really any other dressing area outside the bathroom (which was not very well-lit). Nice small kitchenette in the room.

Overall really nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Had a good room that easily fit two people. A good 40 minute walk from the center of the city though.

Good location and a 20min walk for exhibition halls Köln Messe. The room was well furnished and suit their purpose for a short city stay. However, my standard room on the first floor had thin walls, and you can hear a lot from the surrounding rooms and hallway. Although it's obviously totally out of their control, the room view was of a burnt out warehouse, but something certainly worth mentioning nonetheless. The resident robin was a pleasant surprise at the room window.

On the occasion of the ISM Koln event, I stayed in this hotel. The reception team was very kind and welcoming, the hotel is quite chic, but unfortunately I had two unpleasant experiences, one more unpleasant than the other. 1. The bathroom of room 038 smelled very bad, I can compare the smell to that of grease 2. I had breakfast, where I also served the omelette that contained bacon, it was hot when I took it from the bar, but in 3-4 hours I had to throw up everything from my stomach, and for two days I didn't I was able to recover after this incident. Please, don't play with people's health!

Really nice hotel/rooms. Had a lovely stay with a really great host!

Excellent hotel, slightly out of the city center, but with good public transport connections. The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful. The only minor quibble I have is that the bathroom doors only have glass doors and don't lock.

The hotel is clean and warm and well finished, the breakfast is very rich and of a very high quality. Rooms could have been just a little more bigger to make them more comfortable. Simple to find, expecially coming from the fair centre.

Nice hotel, the staff was super nice and helpful. There were some issues with the wifi but overall we were satisfied.

Looks like an old hotel but it has it's own charm. Clean and very maintain in the inside. Very nice receptionist and can speak English very well. Close to walk to Bootshaus. Breakfast is paid separately but I can't complain as it is good. It's a little pricey but it's better than any other hotels nearby.
