Versuche meine Situation zu erklären wurden unterbrochen und man konnte nicht einen Satz zu Ende bringen ohne von dem höflichen Doktor unterbrochen zu werden. Dazu dann das dauerhafte gedutze. Sorry Herr Langenbach, aber ich bin Mitte 30 und habe Ihnen das Du nicht angeboten. Mir dann zu sagen, "geh mal zu deinem Zahnarzt und besprecht was ihr möchtet!" ist ne Frechheit. Das steht doch auf dem Wisch von der Krankenkasse weswegen Sie beauftragt wurden ein Gutachten zu erstellen. Dann kommt noch dazu dass Sie ohne Handschuhe in meinem Mund rumgefummelt haben 🤮 Widerlicher geht's echt nicht mehr... Edit vom 13.7.23: bei negativer Bewertungen wird dann noch mit einem Anwalt gedroht 🤣 Einfach das Gutachten an Google schicken und da bleibt die Bewertung bestehen 😋 Viele Grüße an den Rechtsanwalt Scherer und seinem vorzeige Mandanten 👍🏻

English speaker here. By far the best dentist experience in my life. The staff was amazing, very kind and professional. My procedure was not the easiest, as I was removing two wisdom teeth, one of which was growing horizontally and had to be broken into pieces. Dr. Lanenbach was very open about the whole procedure and I really appreciated being informed on the progress as he was going. The office is very comfortable, with a TV on the ceiling so that nervous people like me can find a way to relax :) 100% recommend to anyone. English is not a problem.

Excellent experience in the practice of Dr. Langenbach! Today I accompanied a young person from the youth welfare office who was there under Dr. Ramroth was treated and everything was first class. Dr. Ramroth provided excellent advice, started treatment immediately and ensured that the young person was no longer in pain. At first I only went to the practice because of inflammation and pain in my tooth, but then it was pointed out that I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed, for which I am very grateful. The wisdom teeth were recently removed and after the follow-up examinations I can say that I am more than satisfied with the doctor's practice and Dr. Langenbach. I was always greeted with a smile and treated very well. The team and especially Dr. Alexander Langenbach are not only competent and professional, but also helpful. Dr. is committed to providing detailed patient information. Langenbach always took the time and was open to any questions and always there. The wisdom tooth surgery went very well and painlessly. There were no subsequent complications and the check-up appointments also went smoothly. I can recommend the practice to everyone and will go there myself for regular check-ups.
