Very low Empathy, she made me nervous, after long discussion about my same sex attractions, she get annoyed by my point of view, she was very reactive and not responsive, which led me to tell her that she is not deep enough, she made me feel regret that I come to her to ask for help and she did not gave me the result of my test I made online by her clinic, I did not felt that she is deep or empathatic as a psychologist should be with his/her clients. At the end as I am leaving I said to myself be kind to the one who hurt you, I told her in German : "nice to meet you/ freut mich" , she answered: "I am not happy to meet you/ es freut mich nicht" . I do not think this clinic will last for long time. Unfortunately after this bad experience, I forgot my cap and then picked it up, but after I went back to Bonn, I forgot my eyeglasses and came again to take them from there. But really it was shocking for me.

Severely lacking in empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Therapieplatz. Das Erstgespräch sowie die ersten vier Sitzungen habe ich schnell bekommen. Danach habe ich nie wieder etwas von der Praxis gehört. Das war vor über zwei Jahren, so dass ich meine Therapie bereits bei einer anderen Praxis abgeschlossen habe.

I called the day before to cancel my appointment because I wasn’t feeling fit but was told will have to pay the honorar. So I decided to go anyway and spent 1.5 hours to get there on time and was waiting in the waiting room, 10 minutes into the start of my appointment I asked the receptionist to make sure the person I was supposed to meet with is there, only to find out they called in sick and now I have to spend another 1.5 hours back for nothing. They knew I was coming from a different city and did not mention that the therapist cancelled my appointment neither by phone nor during registration nor while I was waiting for an appointment. No one will pay me for the time that I lost getting here and back for nothing, in these cases the Honorar should be bothways. Very unprofessional and this should not be allowed yet here I am on the 1.5 hour journey back.

Ich war positiv überrascht wie schnell ich einen Termin bekommen habe. Beim Termin hab ich mich super aufgehoben gefühlt. Alle waren freundlich und ich hatte das Gefühl das sie mir zuhören und mich ernstnehmen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Habe hier meine ADHS-Diagnostik machen lassen. Da ich von weiter weg kam, war für mich eh klar, dass es zu keiner Therapie vor Ort kommen würde. Alle waren sehr freundlich und die Therapeutin wirkte sehr kompetent.

Ich warte seit 3 Jahren auf einen Termin bzw. auf irgendeine Rückmeldung. Hatte am Anfang 2 kurze "Vorgespräche" bei denen ständig, sehr wenig wertschätzend, auffällig auf die Uhr geschaut wurde. Nicht sehr schön für einen Patienten, dem der Schritt zu einem solchen Gespräch bestimmt meist schwer fällt. Stellt sich im Gespräch heraus das man nicht gerade akut suizidgefährdet ist, die Frage wurde u.a. gestellt, rutscht man auf der Prioliste gefühlt ganz schnell nach hinten. Ich schließe mich einem Vor-Rezensenten an: Es handelt sich hier scheinbar um ein reines Abarbeiten von Erstgesprächen. Vielleicht ist das lukrativ? Ich kenne mich da leider nicht aus....

Seit mehr als 2 Jahren in der Warteliste. Ich denke die Warteliste wird überhaupt nicht richtig gepflegt und beachtet. Jedes Mal wenn ich nachfrage, wann ich dran komme, heißt es das man hierzu keine Angaben machen kann. Absolut schwache Leistung. Keine Empfehlung. Geht lieber woanders hin.
