Since it stays visible for a long time and I want to look at myself in the mirror, I decided to have it done by Mery. Her drawing is really very precise and she has an eye for the right form. I'm super happy and many people talk to me about it. It's so nice to get up in the morning and just have more expression on your face. I can only recommend it to anyone who is thinking about having it done. All in all, she is a very professional all-round beautician. Great work, great team and beautiful shop!!

Be it the lash lift, the hydrafacial or the laser hair removal - I am incredibly satisfied with both and the results. My eyelashes have never looked so good, my face has never looked so beautifully glowy and my armpits have never been so hair-free 🥹 The work is very hygienic! The prices are fair, the salon is nice and clean.

I have been a Filiz&Meryem customer for about 2 years now. Both work really cleanly and customer-oriented. Both understand their respective crafts and the quality speaks for itself. I regularly have my face cleaned and my eyelashes beautified there. I always look forward to seeing both of them again and treating myself to a break in the salon. Since I was able to see the results of Meryem's work via Instagram, I decided to have it done in your salon in Cologne, even though I otherwise receive treatment from another beautician near where I live. I was not disappointed with her work! The drawing of the individual hairs turned out very well and she has perfected the correct shape. I'm totally happy and... I can only recommend it to anyone who is thinking about having it done. She is a very professional beautician. Every step was explained in detail and time was taken for me, without stress or rush. This is no longer so commonplace today! Top work, great, friendly team and beautiful little family salon in Ehrenfeld!! I'd love to come by again 😘

I've been coming here for years and am always very satisfied 😊 I get my nails done here regularly and every time I can't decide on one of the great colors. But Mery always has an idea and helps with the decision 😊. I can recommend diode lasering after 10 treatments because of dark hair to everyone. I didn't shave last summer it was a blessing 😅.And there's so much more on offer. You get great advice and feel very comfortable. I feel like I'm in great hands with Mery and the team and I'm happy to trust not only my nails but also all of my beauty with a clear conscience. I know that Mery would never offer or recommend something that she doesn't stand behind. It is never profit-oriented... the most important thing here is that the customers are satisfied and happy! I know that and that's why I always feel in very good hands! I always look forward to my appointments... like this afternoon for example :-) This is simply a luxury that you can and should treat yourself to! Absolute recommendation!!!

The reviews are really interesting! In my opinion, or in my experience that I have had with her and have also heard from many others in my area, Meryem Seker does not focus on her customers, but only on profits. Promises are not kept. During the treatment phase - i.e. before, during and after the treatment, even at the appointment meeting, I felt like she didn't really respect me or take her seriously. Dispatched rather disinterestedly. Stay away from the beautician. Very arrogant, unfriendly and completely disrespectful - not recommended. Follow-up treatment, which was previously promised, was refused, even though I said several times that I was not satisfied with the result and she had told me that I was welcome to come back for a check or touch-up. I don't know what it was, but I hope for the next customers that it was just a bad phase for Meryem and not a basic attitude! Very disappointing - based on the reviews I actually expected much more and better - what a shame!!!
