Absolutely not recommended. I've been to the dive shop twice so far (November & January) and it's been the same on each visit. No greeting, no goodbye, long waiting times despite the empty shop, no asking if you could help, unfriendly to the point of being dismissed, no or poor advice and service, biting and derogatory statements with the appropriate emphasis. I'm uploading a picture of a more detailed description of my experiences and I can only advise you: accept the higher fuel costs and go somewhere else, get advice somewhere else and don't be insulted! For me? NEVER AGAIN!

We stayed at Underwater No1 twice and won't come back a third time. The team doesn't seem to want to sell anything and places more value on communication within the team. We were in the store for the first time in October, at first glance it was spacious, there was a lot of equipment, but despite only two other customers, we didn't even say hello, let alone offer help or information when trying on the jackets. It's self-explanatory why the jacket wasn't bought here, right? Visit number 2, this time looking for a new suit. I tried these on too. No help, questions, etc., even though the store was completely empty except for the employees. It goes without saying that this suit, despite its perfect fit, was not bought here either. A pity! But if you don't want to, you already have.

A really good dive shop... very good advice and lots of tips and suggestions... we were even promised a taster course... thank you very much Martina... you were GREAT

Smoky shop with very unfriendly staff. The customer seems to be perceived as more of a nuisance here. As a beginner diver I could have been a good customer, so I'd rather buy all my equipment somewhere else.

I have been a regular customer of Martina's since my introductory diving course. I am now about to become an advanced open water diver. Every course I have taken here has been conducted in an absolutely professional manner. As a customer in the store, I always feel like I'm in very good hands; I get an answer to every question. You now feel like a family with other regular customers and always go diving together and do a lot of things together outside of diving.
