Good doctor and good team, I even drive specifically across the Rhine. After I moved to Cologne, I initially thought I would never find a doctor's office that I liked. But I have felt comfortable here for several years - I was already a patient of my predecessor, Dr. Rich. Update: the only major point of criticism: simply not reachable by phone at all. On site you can observe that the ringing telephone is skillfully ignored. Don't understand why the phone even exists then. Simply delete the number from your website if you don't want to be called.

Unfreundlichste Praxis, die ich jemals erlebt habe. Ich stand erstmal 10 Minuten am leeren Empfang, bis dann eine so unfreundliche Frau kam (die am Rande erwähnt stark nach Zigarette roch, muss doch auch nicht sein). Sie hat mir dann gesagt, dass sie nichts machen kann und ich erst in 2 Wochen einen Termin bekommen würde. Und wenn, dann sollte ich doch bitte um kurz vor 8 hier stehen. Wow, so ein Umgang mit kranken Patient*innen ist wirklich einzigartig!

I was looking for a doctor who is fluent in English due to an urgent Problem - this place was the perfect choice!

I have been a patient in the practice for a year now. Dr. Hoffmann always takes a lot of time for me and I generally feel like I'm in very good hands in the practice. The MFA also do their job well and everything has always gone wonderfully, especially when it comes to taking blood. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone for a few weeks. No matter what time. Now something is urgent and unfortunately I have no choice but to just drive to the practice because apparently the telephone registration doesn't work and a sick note is unavoidable. Unfortunately there is no answering machine either. I can understand that occupancy is very high in winter due to the cold season. It would still be desirable to be able to at least reach someone by phone, especially after several weeks of unsuccessful attempts. Maybe that can be worked on.

I have rarely seen a doctor who took so much time and took me as seriously as Dr. Seligman. The whole team was also super friendly and I felt very comfortable! You can get appointments quickly or you can easily get to them by waiting in the morning.

Dr. Hoffmann is a very good doctor who makes you feel like you're in good hands. The practice staff is also very friendly and well organized.

Eigentlich fühlte ich mich in dieser Praxis immer sehr gut aufgehoben. Leider versuche ich seit zwei Monaten immer mal wieder aufgrund von verschiedenen Anliegen dort jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, das funktioniert nicht. Eine Bandansage geht an und dann wird man einfach weggedrückt weil scheinbar kein Personal Zeit hat. Vor Ort sprach ich das ganze an und ja, ich bekam die Antwort dass nur das Telefon bedient wird wenn die Zeit da ist. Für mich ein absolutes no-go denn es gibt einfach Dinge wo man von seiner hausarztpraxis eine schnelle telefonische Antwort braucht, ob es Termine sind oder ob es eine Krankmeldung gibt, die man benötigt und vielleicht ist man zu krank um am selben Tag vorbeizufahren. Das ist leider für mich ein Grund diese Praxis zu verlassen. Sehr schade.

I feel very well looked after there and have confidence. I am very happy that I switched there from my previous family doctor. The doctors listen, take their time and are extremely competent. The MFA are also friendly, have very good practice management and do excellent work. A family doctor's practice the way you want it. Thanks. Keep it up!

I went to the family doctor's office for the first time today. I was able to make the appointment online two weeks in advance and after a short wait, Mr. Seligmann had time for me. My concerns were taken seriously and overall the practice rooms and the practice team gave a positive impression.

I feel very well looked after at the Seligmann/Hoffmann general practice. MFAs are very nice and competent, even under (especially recently) great stress. Dr. Messing seemed interested and competent and took time for the anamnesis and advice. I felt pleasantly taken seriously and am very happy to have found a practice that was right for me.

Habe leider eine schlechte/unqualifizierte Beratung bekommen und wurde einfach heim geschickt. Ich glaube dr seligmann wollte mich einfach schnell loswerden weil die Praxis recht voll war…

TOP !!! I went to the family doctor team at the helioshaus today after several bad experiences!! I came without an appointment and still didn't have to wait long!! The ladies at registration were super nice and friendly!! The treatment really blew my socks off and I was really impressed by the competence, care and humanity!! I had already given up hope of help, but I was taught otherwise in the helioshaus!! There are still medical practices that care about the well-being of their patients!! I felt I was optimally looked after from start to finish and I trust the entire team across the board!! And won't go anywhere else!! Very very highly recommended!!! For the first time in a long time that I have a really good feeling about doctors!! THANK YOU !!
