    Yesterday I got the appointment for this morning. At first I thought I got the appointment because I was a private patient. The doctor pressed a cotton swab against my eyelid, which was extremely painful and I then reflexively recoiled. She asked, "Are you a man or not a man." I replied yes, I am a man. I tried to hold my ground and she continued to push. After countless painful attempts, she turned to the monitor and wrote something. I took the initiative and asked what I had. She said an eyelid infection. I had to ask again if and what she would prescribe for me. At home I should continue to press the cotton swab on my eyelid and use the ointment. I told her that I can barely drive because of my blurry vision and I'm in pain. She said, yes, sick today, back to work tomorrow. And if it doesn't get better, come back tomorrow. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone. She is cold, unempathetic and very unfriendly. I can't believe I didn't get up and leave when she said "you man." The pharmacist from whom I picked up the ointment told me about several dissatisfied patients who came from the practice. From that point on I knew that I got the appointment so quickly because no patient wanted to go there.

    I advise against all Artemis ophthalmological practices in Cologne. The wrong diagnosis was made in Ehrenfeld, and in Schildergasse we had to wait forever despite having an appointment. I am now looking for a new independent practice.

    The doctor is really great, friendly and attentive, but the lady at the registration desk with the short blonde hair is such an unfriendly woman, it's crazy. Too bad for the practice. Of course it's great when you come in and are already in a bad and snappy mood.

    War letzte Woche zu einer Kontrolluntersuchung dort, keine lange Wartezeit und eine sehr nette freundliche Arzthelferin. Der Arzt hat mich auch sehr gut behandelt.

    The lady at reception wasn't particularly friendly and also very loud. From the waiting area, I could easily hear all conversations. Data protection is obviously very important here. Despite having an appointment, I had to wait over an hour even though there were only a few patients there. The doctor tried hard, but it was difficult to understand her due to her poor knowledge of German. There is no comparison to the clinic on Neumarkt, where you have to wait for a relatively long time but everyone is nice and tries very hard. I made an appointment there because the practice is closer to my place of work. I was here for the first and last time. A pity!

    It's a shame, the reception isn't exactly friendly. Unfortunately, the examination was also unsatisfactory. For example, due to the limited technical equipment, no visual field examination can be carried out. Even the doctor doesn't take any action despite the cataract - no drops to keep the progress going.

    The last rubbish, you make an appointment via the hotline and you don't feel able to carry out an appointment because it has to be planned. The tressentruller is snotty and unfriendly. And the funny thing is when you postpone an appointment, the reason also changes. So if you have an appointment for the drops and postpone it for a week, it simply becomes a check.

    I am very satisfied with the practice. The doctor immediately made a correct diagnosis that was overlooked in another ophthalmologist's office. I am very grateful for your quick and correct action.

    Hi, I went to the doctor yesterday and would like to briefly share my experience. So the woman at the counter (if you can even call it a counter) is extremely rude. She asks me what my problem is and why I'm here and I answer with a few long sentences about my problem, she looks at me angrily with a loud tone about what my problem is now. In any case, I went to the doctor afterwards, she was also rude, stressed and just wanted you to go. Only one woman (black hair) was very nice there. You literally felt like a piece of shit there. Don't do something like that to yourself, it's better to wait 2-3 days longer for an appointment with someone else, at the beginning I thought 2.4 points maybe all prejudices but no. I pay it and also wish you a pleasant stay. Google Maps placement with address also not correct 50m away from the entrance. Additionally: When you call you are also pushed away :) on the 3rd call (I have no idea which untalented person set up Google Maps but just had to call) To Artemis: I can only recommend that the Artemis practice not work with rude people. To customers: Please don't say "let's try it" it's just a WASTE OF TIME, we had to guess at diagnosis because the doctor doesn't find time for patients. No calls, no emails, nothing from the practice.

    I am very pleased with the ophthalmologist, who immediately recognized that my cornea was defective, something that another team of doctors was unable to detect during a two-time visit. The ladies at reception were very friendly and there were no long waiting times.

    Such an unfriendly person at reception!!! As an older person or someone in need of help, you are lost there!! Rarely have I seen such an unemphasized person!!
