Nothing special from service to food. Fries and burger were quite ok, for sure better than mcdonald

October 2023 Well my previous grades need to be corrected... We got sold a cup without being told there was only water or cola with sugar, no other drinks were possible! Then it took forever to get that resolved... Then there was only warm drinks and no ice... We sat down to a very dirty and sticky table, while waiting for the burgers we saw a staff member walking out with a rag in their hand. The staff wiped two tables and put the rag in the back pocket of their pants! Sorry but I'd rather sit in a dirty booth than have a butt rug swept across the table I want to eat off... Then a burger was done wrongly (tomatoes and mushrooms for a person with allergies)and going back to the kitchen we received more than a bad reply by them, luckily the manager caught up and the burger was redone right. After our meal we wanted to wash up but that restroom wasn't clean and had no TP. Telling this a staff member was met with shoulder twitching... Paying this much money for a burger I wish this would have been a better experience... Not sure if we'll be back soon... March 2022 Delicious foods, clean surroundings and exceptional friendly staff. For me personally it's so fantastic that I can have a burger without bun! I'll definitely be coming back.

A really awesome place for good eating and a lot of cool items to eat.. so Great he make every time all fresh and I love the eating.. so I think 🤔 is a great Idea to come eating hear

This made me appreciate the mess food from work. Literally the worst burger joint in cologne. To start: it is on par with like 3-5 star restaurant pricing and quadruple of McD. The food is hilariously small. The fries are worse than McD, which is a feat in itself. I get better and larger burgers for 1/4 price at the Athena grill 2 miles away. 40 bucks for 1.5 fries packs and two burgers. Holy patty.

Update: 15.10.22 I gave the joint another chances and the food was much better, service more ogranised and relaxed so i guess the review below can be understood as something with some hicups at the start.. Protip: Order fries with no salt, it tastes much better. -----‐--------------------------------------------- I went to this 5 guys with very high expectations as I already knew the chain from London. I ordered a double Cheeseburger, with big freis (pikant) and Coke. Everything large... in the hindsight a single patty burger, small freis and coke would have also done the trick. Firstly, get ready to enjoy because the Fries because they were on point and simply amazing. However that meal size was massivvee.. i mean must have been like a kg of potatoes. I like to eat a lot too but somehow this meal nearly tested my limit. The drinks were interesting toi with the 100 possible combinations that one could try out.. but lets be real whats your highscore? Really over the top but hey everyone like to be spoilt once a while. Coming to the burger i found the patty a bit dry from inside and the burger was kinda well done. I think a burger chain that takes pride in their product could do a better job. I was personally a bit disappointed. But since in my experience, it was just one visit, im not sure if they are always like this or just once in a bluemoon (when things just tend to go wrong).. The price finally i felt was a bit heavy. I found the price a bit expensive for the fact its self service without proper cutlery etc. All an all in: -1* for the price and "dry" patty in that order. I could probably see myself go there next time but maybe just for a quick milkshake 😉

The hamburgers a very good a guisy, the atmosphere is a bit cold .

One of the best burger places in town, ate the tastiest burger I've had in Germany so far🤤 The shakes were tasty as well 🌞 Friendly stuff, they take good care of the customers, whatever questions I had were answered and they really made my burger exactly how I wanted it🤟 The small guy in the black shirt was super nice and cute, keep it up 🙌❤️‍🔥🍔🍟

Very friendly staff and delicious food totally recommended. Ulvr is definitely a great and helpful guy as it was my first time in five guys he explained to me everything with patience!!!

Burger so good, Fries even better they throw so many of them inside, i never was so full :D

People were very nice, welcoming from the moment we stepped on the front door! We received our order quite quick and the fries were incredible! Overall a 5* experience
