I bought shoes on which the heels came off after just a short time (after 2 weeks). Complaints can only be made in the branch where the purchase was made. Only I come from Frankfurt! And as a customer I wasn't aware of that because there are branches everywhere. I've been trying to contact them by phone for days, so far without success. My email has so far remained unanswered. The central one was also not very customer-oriented. My conclusion: I won't buy from Tamari's anymore.

Like the outlet structure. Always a good selection and very friendly staff who are there to help without invading your personal space.

It's a nice shop, but a bit cramped. There are few places to sit and try on shoes. The edge of the staircase is full of shoes, which is probably supposed to look aesthetic, but it only causes traffic jams on the stairs.

Danger! From now on (August 26, 2023), if you make a complaint, you will not receive any money back in all Tamaris stores in and around Cologne, only vouchers. You have to know that, they don't tell you that.

The womans worked there were completely rude with me!!! First time I came and last. Don't recommmend, the worst store in köln, with so rude people! 3 womans were working on the stairs and one, thin, white and wearing glasses screamed with me like I was going to the Cash🙄 (yes, like I would robber) but obvious I was going to see the overknee boots were standing there on the glass! Never saw this type of attending in köln, would like give 0. I am tourist and for me, because of my appearance of foreigner, I have traveled for so many countries and this happen here, I just can see that the germans really changed nothing after second world war and also didn't learn with their mistakes.
