My
wife
had
an
appointment
this
week.
She
previously
shared
that
she
suffers
from
a
severe
fear
of
the
dentist.
She
also
announced
this
again
at
reception.
According
to
the
homepage,
they
also
specialize
in
patients
with
anxiety.
In
reality,
this
is
by
no
means
the
case!
We
waited
20
minutes
until
a
very
unfriendly
lady
brought
my
wife
into
the
treatment
room.
She
asked
if
my
wife
was
just
there
to
check.
So
you
had
no
idea
of
her
fear.
My
wife
then
shared
this
and
only
received
an
“Oh,”
in
response.
There
was
no
further
communication.
The
lady
turned
to
the
PC
and
started
it.
The
doctor
came
and
was
friendly
but
didn't
address
the
fear.
The
homepage
advertises
detailed
advice
on
general
anesthesia,
but
this
did
not
take
place.
The
only
thing
is
that
general
anesthesia
is
only
given
to
children
or
people
with
disabilities
and
otherwise
you
have
to
pay
for
it
yourself,
which
quickly
becomes
expensive.
My
wife
was
offered
immediate
tartar
removal.
She
said
no
because
she
can't
do
anything
like
that
because
of
her
fear.
Sensitive
behavior
is
completely
absent!
My
wife
was
sent
for
an
X-ray
with
a
standard
form
containing
information
regarding
anesthesia.
The
rude
lady
quickly
did
her
job,
said
“bye”
to
my
wife
and
just
left.
My
wife
then
looked
for
the
way
back
to
the
waiting
room
and
was
completely
beside
herself.
Absolutely
understandable
because
THAT
is
not
acceptable
for
a
patient
with
dental
phobia.
Today
I
called
them
and
said
that
my
wife
was
not
making
any
further
appointments.
Why,
of
course.
The
only
answer
was
that
the
fear
was
noted
in
the
file.
Great!
It's
just
no
use
if
no
one
reads
it
and
no
one
responds
to
it.
Anyone
who
doesn't
expect
empathy
or
friendliness
is
definitely
in
good
hands
there.
Never
recommended
for
anxious
patients!!!
