My wife had an appointment this week. She previously shared that she suffers from a severe fear of the dentist. She also announced this again at reception. According to the homepage, they also specialize in patients with anxiety. In reality, this is by no means the case! We waited 20 minutes until a very unfriendly lady brought my wife into the treatment room. She asked if my wife was just there to check. So you had no idea of her fear. My wife then shared this and only received an “Oh,” in response. There was no further communication. The lady turned to the PC and started it. The doctor came and was friendly but didn't address the fear. The homepage advertises detailed advice on general anesthesia, but this did not take place. The only thing is that general anesthesia is only given to children or people with disabilities and otherwise you have to pay for it yourself, which quickly becomes expensive. My wife was offered immediate tartar removal. She said no because she can't do anything like that because of her fear. Sensitive behavior is completely absent! My wife was sent for an X-ray with a standard form containing information regarding anesthesia. The rude lady quickly did her job, said “bye” to my wife and just left. My wife then looked for the way back to the waiting room and was completely beside herself. Absolutely understandable because THAT is not acceptable for a patient with dental phobia. Today I called them and said that my wife was not making any further appointments. Why, of course. The only answer was that the fear was noted in the file. Great! It's just no use if no one reads it and no one responds to it. Anyone who doesn't expect empathy or friendliness is definitely in good hands there. Never recommended for anxious patients!!! Not portable

Filling too perfect. No jaw pain since then. Took a lot of time to listen to what the complaints were. In the end, a lot of time was taken so that the next patient couldn't get to it. Once and again. Good! I don't understand people who say otherwise. In addition, during my professional teeth cleaning, the inside of the teeth was treated with an airflow instrument for a very long time. This was followed by a thorough polishing with a second device and the repeated application of a paste to all external teeth. A complete removal of the calculus took place, as well as fluoridation. Very nice and I am very satisfied.

I have been a patient there for 9 years. Everything has been great so far. Dr. Gerlach, as a surgeon and head of the clinic, deserves special mention. The advantage of the clinic is that many doctors work there, so you can choose. Disadvantage: The treating doctors often switch to other practices.

I got a toothache while on vacation and went there on my friend's recommendation. Since I have an absolute phobia of dentists, it's not an easy step. But the dentist was very nice and understanding during the treatment, explained every step and took breaks when necessary. With a dentist like that my phobia might not have gotten so bad. The aftercare was also good, I was prescribed an antibiotic and painkillers. Two days after the tooth removal I didn't need any painkillers anymore, it's healing very well and I'm glad I went there despite being scared.

I've been going to this dentist for 1 1/2 years and try to go there regularly. Booking appointments online is great, unfortunately my appointments have been canceled at short notice 5-6 times... that's a bit annoying and you have to reschedule. But the treatment itself is good!

As a patient with a congenital variable immunodeficiency, it is always difficult to find a dentist who will accept this diagnosis. Unfortunately, it is a rare disease, but it causes a lot of infections. Dr. Gerlach looked at my infection and was immediately able to identify the problem and treat it accordingly. After a long period of incorrect treatment of my teeth, I feel very well looked after. Of course, I don't want to deny any doctor that the topic of immunology is present for every doctor, as this topic is too specific and extensive. But dealing with the matter comes with his years of experience with immune patients. Thank you for the practice team

Dr Gerlach and his team are great. Everyone is really nice and takes your fear away without you actually noticing it. The ladies at reception in particular are just so lovely. Dr Gerlach works very sensitively and you hardly notice anything. I had my wisdom teeth removed last week and was really scared. Thanks to the Dentigo team and having undergone the operation, this fear was allayed and I think I can now go to the dentist like a normal person. Thank you very much for everything.

I am a total anxiety patient and just getting into the elevator is torture. I went there today for treatment and was given a sedative beforehand. I was shaking all over and crying like a little child. The dental assistant was very kind and sensitive. She tried everything to calm me down. The Dr himself was also very calm and sensitive to me. Dr Gerlach explained everything to me and I almost didn't feel the injections for the anesthesia being given. Then everything happened in quick succession and I was outside again. Thank you very, very, very much.
