I was actually happy with the practice when the doctor Kate carried out my treatment. Unfortunately I couldn't go to Kate last time because she no longer works there. Then I went to Bogna because I thought, okay, all the doctors there are probably good. I was dissatisfied immediately after the treatment and had said so, then she said come back in two weeks if your lips haven't gotten any better. I went there after 2 weeks and it dissolved my lips a little. My lips look much worse than before. I actually had an appointment tomorrow, but I canceled the appointment because I'm afraid my lips will get even worse. I didn't think my lips were that beautiful anymore. Thanks for nothing! Paid €230 & no result that I'm happy with! In addition, you have to pay €30 for consultation fees each time.

I had a consultation for a hyaluronic treatment at Lieb Dein Face and felt very comfortable. The doctor gave me good advice and advised me against the treatment because she didn't see any improvement but rather a deterioration in my case. At the recommendation of a friend, I made an appointment with Lucas for lip injections. Today was the day! I'm super happy with the result and Lucas is super personable! He gave me good advice. Since I had a bad external job from April, he first advised me to undergo treatment with hyalysis. However, I decided against it and still wanted to build up my lips. And what can I say, I'm thrilled! Again and again! He got the best out of it and saved my lips.

I had my first treatment at Love Your Face last week for a tear trough injection. I've been to "love your face" in Cologne several times now and have always been really satisfied. For me, however, Bogna is by far the best. I don't know anyone who takes so much time for a consultation and really wants to know everything so that the result is perfect. She is super honest, sensitive and gives advice. I went to the practice yesterday to have my lips done first. My appointment was with Haron! A doctor who knows exactly what he is doing. He immediately gained my trust with his manner. I had already had a treatment in Cologne, at the beginning the effect is because of the lip injections, which is completely clear, because the lip really swells, but after that, when you wait for the end result, you actually only see whether the expectation has been met is or not. Unfortunately, I have to say I'm disappointed. After a few days when the swelling was gone, I called them and discussed that I saw almost no change and that it didn't suit me... I had 2x herpes, which is also completely okay, it can happen. Then I wanted to have it checked and made an appointment and I also said directly that not only me but also the people who know me still ask when are you planning to have your lips done. It was said okay, come in and have a look.. I was there, then it was said I see the difference blah blah blah...Ps I had 1ml injected... I should go back after 3-5 weeks and have another injection and pay the entire price again I think something like that is a real shame and I'm unfortunately disappointed... Just because it's expensive or there's an emergency number doesn't mean everything... She wouldn't have lost anything if she'd come to meet me, but she still might have paid a little bit but not the full amount What I wished for was that she would have simply injected 0.5ml without talking much or acting as if everything was good and normal...

Yesterday I went to Bogna for lip injections for the first time and I am super satisfied and extremely happy with the result. I can only recommend her and the practice. She was very friendly, extremely competent, listened to my wishes, really took her time and took away my nervousness with her friendly manner. Super personable doctor.
