-very sad 97th born on June 18th. in a good 37 degrees heat - There was no reserved table, a table was only proposed in the sun even though everyone was still free - not a waiter congratulated on the birth, let alone perhaps a glass of water was served... in the heat... nope, nothing You can learn a bit of hospitality abroad!!!! -that will certainly be the last birth at 97, but such ignorance is a real shame -you can't say that no one knew about the birth, see balloon photo -and all in all pretty expensive, very shabby

Been there several times. Seen the cabaret, this time Lisa Feller. Varied program offering. Organization was good as always, quick entry, very nice staff at the counter,👍 The only drawback would be that there are no seat cushions on the chairs, which would be possible. That's why only 4*

Sat outside on the terrace. The service was very nice. The food was enough for me, I only ordered a small side salad 🥗 and olives. That was more than I expected for the price. The sweet potatoes were actually too bland for my friend and salt and pepper were also missing. I asked for a small waste bowl because of the olive stones, and the waitress looked strange and said I could put it on the plate (I find that disgusting) when I eat with others. Didn't get a container with the request, so one star *️⃣ deducted

Great location, many different rooms with their own charm. Great parties celebrated here, theater, dance, culture experienced for young and old. There's a lot on offer here, a really nice meeting place. We keep coming back.

So Sunday brunch isn't worth it. Price-performance doesn't fit at all. For vegetarians and vegans there are rolls, dips, raw vegetables, potatoes and, upon request, pancakes. Even lemonade or sparkling water was out. Service was sometimes poor and unfriendly.

Unfortunately, it's a long way from the train for people with limited mobility and if you don't know your way around. Otherwise a nice location

So this stage program that is offered there, “Frau Sturm laughs,” is by far the most boring thing I have ever had to endure. 12 € for a card is completely overpriced. One might think that Cologne would have funnier comedy to offer. It's a shame that the cultural center supports something like this!!

Carnival party for children, beautiful experience

The food at Altenberger Hof today was excellent, the service was courteous and friendly - you shouldn't be fooled by the bad reviews. We like to come again and again.
