Mal stehen Dieselhandschuhe draußen mal sind sie drinnen an der Kasse. Für Luft einfach nur Luft verlangt man Geld. Und frecher Mitarbeiter am Nachtschalter. Auch immer teurer als nahegelegene Tankstellen. Gehe ungern hin nur wenns wirklich sein muss und es gar nicht anders geht. Sonst meide ich diese Tankstelle

At the exact moment I turned around I saw that there was an amount of around 25 euros instead of the 15 euros that I had filled up when I filled up Just then I wanted to leave the store, I noticed that something was wrong, went back and asked for the receipt. The tattooed black-haired girl or boy couldn't tell what gender this person was, then said that a mistake had been made and that the customer in front of me couldn't pay. On my bill there was a pack of cigarettes and an additional chocolate roll, which were then canceled. If I hadn't come back, the person wouldn't have cared and I would have unnecessarily paid 10 euros more. This was most likely done deliberately in order to pull me away. Afterwards there was no apology at all, no goodbye. Instead she looked at me with a hollow, stupid look. The service is absolutely bad, there is zero friendliness and I really don't know who hires people like that. Before that, I went to get gas a few times and each time I had to wait because the employees were on their cell phones and didn't have time for work, even though there was no other customer there other than me. But this last case did the rest, so that I will never fill up in this broken shop again.

If I could, I wouldn't give a star at all. I had to go to the toilet urgently and the guy with the short black hair wanted 1 euro and a deposit (mobile phone or something else valuable) just for the toilet in an urgent emergency?

Clean gas station - absolutely bad service! Last night around 12:15 a.m. I wanted to drive my girlfriend home. Since my car showed low tire pressure when I started it, I wanted to fill it up straight away. The shell is not far from my home, so go there. Refueling worked great. Air pumping, on the other hand, doesn't work at all. Instead of the compressor pumping air into the tires, it showed an error message on the display AND pumped air out of the tire. The settings were all correct, the problem was not with me, who is a woman. The device didn't make the usual noises. My friend then asked the gas station attendant for help. He said he couldn't help us, that we should see if we had really done everything right and test it on another bike. No sooner said than done, the device also pumped out massive amounts of air from the second tire instead of inflating it and displayed a new error display. So I went back and asked for help. There's nothing he can do and he can't even call a technician to check the device at this time. I should call the ADAC at my expense, even though the error was in the shell device. He was reluctant to give me back the money I threw in. TOP service that leaves two women standing alone at the gas station at night with a defective device. We then rolled to Aral, where it worked with the same settings. 😉 So dear gas station attendant - the women weren't too stupid to operate the device, THANKS FOR NOTHING! TOP SERVICE!

Yesterday I was there to buy a disposable grill. Since my colleague called and said he had already gotten it, I went back 10 minutes after purchasing it to give it back. The employee had no idea how to take an item back and called his boss. I had the receipt it was perfect and the return was refused. The grill costs €2.5 everywhere and €10 for them. It's literally the most expensive gas station I've seen. Never again no recommendation one star is even too much

I don't know what my predecessors rated, but I am totally convinced of this gas station. Rarely seen such nice employees and boss at a gas station...everyone is very nice and accommodating. Thank you to everyone who works there 😀.

I was just getting gas with my daughter. At the checkout she was bullied by the “Kassentuppes”: The fuel price was €50.37. The great thing came at the checkout Pickup: "95.00 €, how do you want to pay?" The name was asked, and more stupid pickup lines followed like “when will we see each other again,” “do you come here for gas often?” etc. etc. We will never fill up here again, promise!!

I've just filled up the tank and want to pay, then I'm hit on stupidly by the guy at the checkout. Totally unfunny, unprofessional, unnecessary. I felt really bad as a woman there!!!
