Meine Brille sollte am 10.8 fertig sein. Am 11.08 würde mir gesagt sie wäre am 14.08 abholbar. Heute wird mir mitgeteilt, das sie am 21.08.abholbereit wäre.

I sought advice on multifocal lenses and progressive lenses. My first pair of glasses from another provider were not suitable for everyday use. Here I became convinced that lower vision makes more sense. It was a little difficult for me to get used to it and I was given several eye tests and dozens of trial lenses. Thank you very much for your patience and high level of expertise. I had different employees for glasses and lenses, all of whom were equally friendly and competent. Pleasant, customer-friendly atmosphere in the branch. Trainees are apparently very well instructed and supported in customer contact. To be honest, I didn't expect this from a chain like this. Great and highly recommended!

They are only good as long as you buy glasses from them, if you don't buy them you won't get the prescriptions either or they will only be half as good as in Cologne on Neusser Str.
