Rarely have I seen such unfriendly ladies at reception! It was assumed to me that I hadn't taken care of the transfer, but then after 5 minutes I noticed that they had received the transfer by fax and complained to me "that I would discuss" even though I simply insisted not to as unreliable and I took care of everything necessary. When I told the lady at reception that I found her rudeness towards me inappropriate, she wanted to throw me out. I was calm and objective throughout the entire conversation and just wanted to keep my appointment. When she found my transfer, I was allowed to keep my appointment, even though I was told that there was no time for it anymore (because of your mistakes and bold assumptions!)

Selten wurde ich so emphatisch, freundlich und kompetent behandelt, wie in dieser Praxis. Ich war zur Schilddrüsendiagnostik dort. Bei der Anmeldung standen ein paar Patienten an, aber ich kam sehr schnell dran. Kurz darauf wurde ich auch schon zur Blutabnahme gebeten. Die sympathische Mitarbeiterin ging mit mir gemeinsam den von mir zuvor ausgefüllten Fragebogen durch und stellte ergänzende Fragen. Sie hörte aufmerksam zu und notierte alles wesentliche. Dann erklärte sie mir den weiteren Ablauf. Ich ging wieder in den Wartebereich und nach der zuvor genannten Wartezeit wurde ich von einem jungen Mann zur Szintigraphie geholt. Auch dieser nette Mitarbeiter erklärte detailliert den Ablauf und betreute mich sogar während der Aufnahme, die 5 Minuten dauerte. Danach wurde mir auch von ihm nochmal kurz gesagt, was als nächstes ansteht und schickte mich dann zurück in den Wartebereich. Nur wenige Minuten wurde ich zur zweiten Blutabnahme gerufen, die mir am Anfang angekündigt und deren Zweck mir erklärt wurde. Der Arzt lies etwas länger auf sich warten, jedoch merkte ich schnell, dass dies einfach daran lag, weil sich der Doktor wirklich viel Zeit nimmt und er an den Menschen interessiert ist, die seinen Rat suchen. Er machte einen Ultraschall der Schilddrüse und konnte durch gezielte Fragen seine Diagnose sichern. Insgesamt habe ich ungefähr 1,5 Stunden in der Praxis verbracht, wofür sich der Arzt aber auch persönlich bei mir entschuldigte. Aber dafür wurden in dieser doch kurzen Zeit einige Untersuchungen gemacht und jeder hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen. Ich kann diese Praxis vorbehaltlos empfehlen und werde - falls nötig - wieder dort hin gehen! Danke für alles liebes Team!

The cheekiness and unfriendliness of some of the ladies at the registration desk are really rare. It is incomprehensible to me why they are let loose on the patients and not exclusively assigned to sorting files.

Very nice staff, Ms. Lück is particularly praiseworthy, she is super friendly, takes time for the patient and is completely attentive to them, making an appointment is super easy and very quick. No waiting times with an appointment, you can get there very quickly. I can only recommend it to everyone 👍🏻

I am really positively surprised by the short waiting time and the politeness and competence of the nursing staff.

We have been here several times with our 14 year old daughter. Quick and accommodating appointments (it was taken into account that we wanted to come outside of school hours). The registration procedure on site was very uncomplicated and was completed quickly. We had almost no waiting time! Before the examination, everything was explained to my daughter in detail. Doctors and staff were always very friendly and helpful. There was enough time to answer all of our questions. The images were then immediately sent out in digital form. The report actually arrived by fax to our orthopedist within a few hours. Great service. Nice people. Thank you for everything. Absolute recommendation!

Kommunikation sowohl per Mail, als auch telefonisch war sehr positiv und effizient! Ich habe mich entschieden jetzt zu bewerten, weil ich das zweite mal da war und bei beiden Male es jedoch recht gut gewesen ist! Ab der Terminvergabe bis am Tag des Termins verlief alles relativ reibungslos! Keine große Wartezeit! Ich bin sehr beeindruckt wie schnell alles ablief. In Italien war die volle Katastrophe aber hier war vom Management her alles perfekt 👍👍

Am Montag die Überweisung für ein MRT bekommen und schon am Mittwoch hatte ich den Termin bei der Radiologie in Kalk! Den Termin konnte ich unkompliziert online buchen.woanders hätte ich wieder eine Wartezeit von mindestens einem Monat. Die Damen bei der Anmeldung sind sehr freundlich,hilfsbereit und arbeiten sehr professionell,so dass alles superschnell und reibungslos abläuft. Ich kann diese nur Praxis empfehlen.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden, meine Platzangst macht mir jedesmal zu schaffen, aber die Ruhe und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter mindert diese Angst um ein vielfaches. Ein ❤️ liches Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter👍 .
