Just went to Arket with a friend and we decided to drink eTest in the cafe. Basically, we meet friendly, courteous and personable employees at Arket - except for one person. No hello at the counter and also rather unmotivated to order. This time the coffee tasted different than usual there and very bitter. When we asked, the employee non-verbally opened the refrigerator compartment, picked up the oat milk and shrugged his shoulders. My friend thanked me for the “information,” while the employee didn’t ask any further questions and went straight back to her cell phone. Since we found it so unpleasant and the coffee really didn't taste good, we got up and left. The employee then laughed after us, visibly smiling. It's okay if your mood isn't at its best or someone is having an unmotivated day. However, we always experience this in contact with this person, which is not okay! It's a shame because it means that the need to shop and linger in Arket disappears a lot. Really sad because of the coffee, the money and, above all, the unfriendly experience of being ridiculed for saying something. So thank you for that. Jules

Fashion boutique with higher priced clothing and a small cafe in the middle of the store. The small treats to eat are definitely recommended for a short break while shopping.

I bought a scarf over a year ago. Paid at the checkout but the system had an error and didn't print out the receipt, so I had to pay for the scarf twice. I reported it when I saw it on the account and it was recorded, but I never got the money back. I've been to the store 5 times and every time I've been turned away! Impossible!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff were rude and not friendly at all.

The little café (in the store) is great, I like going there every now and then. The coffee tastes good and the cinnamon rolls are also much better than at the famous shop a few meters to the right :)

Clothing store: super nice, courteous employees Café: Very rude service unfortunately, cinnamon roll overpriced & unfortunately not a classic cinnamon roll at all, it was made of puff pastry or something and tasted like the day before..

One star for the clothes. The employee on October 12th, 2021 at 7:18 p.m. with the long greasy hair and the cashiers don't work at all! At 7:30 p.m. we were no longer allowed to try on clothes because the employees wanted to get off work. It's a shame that they saved on staff at a store like this.

My absolute favorite store in the city: great style (I almost always find something nice for my wardrobe) and then enjoy a perfect cappuccino from the excellent organic (!) range of the integrated café. The team is ultimately attentive, helpful and super friendly. My second living room for my dose of caffeine and fashion inspiration. Thanks!
