Already
the
second
time
there
and
I
am
very
satisfied.
The
appointment
is
planned
cooperatively
in
advance
and
the
reminders
are
excellent
from
both
Physio
and
KGG.
The
team
is
always
very
friendly,
all
employees
have
a
positive
attitude
and
conveyed
to
me
that
healing
takes
time
and
requires
a
lot
of
patience
and
commitment.
The
follow-up
treatment
since
the
anterior
cruciate
ligament
operation
was
essentially
carried
out
by
Roman
Shakirov,
Joshua
Fingaß
and
the
KGG
by
Christian
Hahn.
Unfortunately,
at
the
beginning
there
was
a
bit
of
change
among
therapists,
but
later
there
was
more
continuity.
Both
have
advantages
and
disadvantages
-
new
exercises
and
approaches.
Confidentiality
is
built,
which
comes
with
ups
and
downs
in
such
a
long
process,
which
is
met
with
a
lot
of
understanding
and
patience.
In
my
opinion,
the
practice
is
equipped
with
state-of-the-art
equipment.
There
are
always
new
impulses,
treatments
and
exercises
for
continuous
improvement.
The
two
physios
are
very
varied
and
provide
support
individually
and
depending
on
the
situation.
This
helps
a
lot
with
recovery!
Christian
at
the
KGG
makes
it
clear
to
you
that
you
have
to
work
very
professionally
and
individually
with
your
musculoskeletal
and
coordination
systems.
He
also
addresses
the
current
areas
of
pain
and
stress
depending
on
the
situation.
It's
a
shame
that
he
usually
has
to
accompany
up
to
3
patients
at
the
same
time.
Nevertheless,
he
remains
calm
and
patient,
explains
the
exercises,
makes
corrections
and
thus
manages
to
stick
with
the
healing
process.
Many
thanks
to
the
team
and
those
mentioned
above
in
particular.
It's
still
going
on
and
I
hope
to
be
able
to
be
fully
active
again
soon.
