A great “experience” through and through! Even if the reason for the visit is usually less than pleasant, the entire team does everything they can to “enjoy” the stay as much as possible. From the welcome coffee (which, by the way, tastes excellent) to the farewell, you meet friendly and courteous people at every moment. There is a sincere and appreciative atmosphere here, 100% recommended. Thanks to the entire team.

I am absolutely thrilled with the entire team and the doctors. I got my appointment on the same day. The preliminary and especially the follow-up conversation were great. The doctor took a lot of time and explained everything in detail. The emphatic ladies at reception are also highly recommended! Thank you for the great treatment!

Very quick appointment, friendly reception, nice staff, practically no waiting time even though it was 30 minutes early, very pleasant examination - but then for the first time after an MRI - and I've had many! - sent home without a discussion of the findings/follow-up for a discussion with the referring doctor in just under a week. A truly professional facility! Waiting room quiet and pleasant, preliminary meeting perfect, changing room very well furnished with mineral water, shirt and pants for MRI. New, quieter devices, a video during the process, process information and friendly assistants. The CD to give away was ready before I even put on my coat.

Was on November 29th. in radiology at nexmed in Cologne. Unfortunately, I had major problems getting an MRI appointment, so I decided to pay for the MRI myself. I was thrilled from the appointment to the implementation. As a “scared patient” I was taken seriously, everything was very professional and empathetic. Pictures and diagnosis were available almost immediately, and now I can finally get proper treatment. 5 stars from my side! Great team and highly recommended!
