Wer mir jetzt mit Corona um die Ecke kommt: Daran lag es definitiv nicht. Abstands-Regeln wurden nicht im geringsten eingehalten! Weder am Eingang/Einlass, noch im Lokal selbst. Bei der Tisch-Belegung war der Tisch hinter uns noch frei und wir sind ganz klar davon ausgegangen, das dem auch so bleibt (wer den Laden kennt, weiß wie eng die Plätze aneinander gereiht sind), aber Pustekuchen. Recht schnell hatte ich eine fremde Person direkt im Nacken sitzen. Obwohl man schon ganz am Tisch dran saß, hockten wir direkt Rücken an Rücken. Extrem unangenehm und in der aktuellen Situation absolut verantwortungslos. Wäre nicht schon bestellt gewesen, wären wir wieder gegangen. Leider war auch das Essen eine herbe Enttäuschung! "Früher" bin ich trotz der viel zu lauten Musik immer gerne hier hin gegangen, aufgrund der gelungenen Cocktails, des leckeren Essens und der guten Auswahl von beidem. Diesmal konnten nur die Getränke punkten. Alle bestellten Gerichte waren geschmacklich noch ok, aber bereits bei Abgabe am Tisch kalt. Bei einem Gericht wurde zwar ein "aufwärmen" angeboten - was allerdings mit der Käseschicht und den bereits beigefügten Dips einfach qualitativ nicht mehr in Ordnung gewesen wäre. Eine "Entschädigung" (Frei-Getränk als Entschuldigung oder einen Preisnachlass auf die nicht gut erbrachte Dienstleistung) gab es trotz Nachfrage nicht. Das veranlasst mich dazu diese Lokalität in Zukunft nicht mehr zu besuchen und auch nicht mehr an Freunde, Kunden oder Bekannte weiterzuempfehlen.

Food is tasty but the service is usually slow

I went to Cologne as I found flight tickets for £55 return and it was a bargain! The downside of it was it was there and back in under 20 hours so packed our running shoes! This was the final stop as the placed closed quite late. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the sole barman mixing up plenty of cocktails throughout the night. They were polite and they enjoyed themselves whilst working there. I would definitely go back and try some of their food, the smell was amazing!

Bad service. Food was cold before served. Told the service and they were mad. Very sad because we know sausalitos and tis is the first time we we're not satisfied.

Perhaps it is due to my lack of German language and culture (or their misunderstanding of Mexican cuisine) that made this so unappealing. I'll chalk this up to my terrible reading of the menu, and that I'm simply unable to order properly. Nevertheless, what I got did not match anything resembling tacos. Still, the staff had a good attitude. This is more of a bar than a restaurant, food is clearly second to alcohol so be advised.

The food is not bad though it seems a bit pricy. On Mondays there's 50% on some plates which makes it worth it, if I had to pay full price there's no way I'm coming here. However the service is really really bad. Took a lot of time to serve us, they didn't have a lot of stuff on the menu and didn't let us know, we ordered a plate that was missing stuff and didn't tell us either. The place would be way better if it had better service

We were really very disappointed with the food, we ordered 4 different things and all of them were poor the portions are medium size not like usual... very sad especially at the high price we paid, we actually know Sausalitos well and here in Cologne was the first time we were not satisfied with this food chain, they better pay more attention to the food. The drinks are nice and the food portions are huge! The atmosphere is amazing, the music is good! The prices are low, especially when there are some promotions. Service is super fast and friendly. We were there several times and definitely return ;)

Had an amazing night there. The food was very tasty, so were the drinks. Everyone working there was so nice and welcoming, and when the dj was on fire, great music.

Been to several different Sausalitos' already. Always nice to get a similar quality of drinks in every different city. Atmosphere was nice as always, but sadly not a lot people seem to dance. Instead the staff took it upon themselves to party, which is always nice to see. Will come back soon!
