    Nice place but poor service. We waited too much to have our drinks and plates too. The burgers were cold. The staff are not friendly.

    Would give it 3.5 if possible. Fairly standard Brauhaus experience. Nice layout and atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is OK but nothing to write home about.

    Simple online reservation. Fantastic authentic traditional cologne food. Funny waiters, but a bit noisy when it's fully booked (which is the norm). I had my best Sauerbraten ever. Tender meat falling off the fork.

    Nice place, trying to survive with honor and respect. The service quality depends on a waitress you get, ranging from very good to not that good. Although, still recommended to visit.
