Attention, exchanges can only be made against a voucher!!! When asked, they say boldly and unfriendly “yes, I don’t make the rules”. The cashier shows me the receipt where it says it, it's nice that you only get to see the receipt after the purchase. And then you wonder why retail is dying out and people keep buying online!!! It's reasons like this, there's still customer service! Hopefully you go bankrupt!!!!

Warenrückgabe nur noch gegen Gutschein! Habe jetzt 140€ an der Backe, obwohl die Sachen noch Schilder dran haben. Unverschämtheit, hätte man auch Mal drauf hinweisen können! Jetzt bestell ich wieder im Internet oder kaufe woanders.

C&A is good quality for clothing...

Sehr aufgeräumt obwohl gut besucht. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Heute hatte ich schon aufgegeben eine passende Jeans zu finden, aber die Verkäuferin (Fr. Grüne) hat noch eine perfekt sitzende Hose für mich gefunden. Komme gerne wieder.

Ich hatte zum ersten Mal bei C&A online Shop etwas gekauft und dies zur Filiale liefern lassen. Abholung hat wunderbar geklappt aber paar Tage später habe ich eine Mail erhalten dass meine Bestellung schon abholbereit sein und ich dies doch abholen sollte. Einige Tage später kam die nächste E-Mail das meine Retoure nun unterwegs sei. 🤷

Sehr gut Sortiert und immer aufgeräumt erstmal ein Lob dafür . Wurde von der Lieben Alena gut beraten, habe sehr schnell was für mich gefunden☺️

I shopped at C&A in the Cologne Arkaden today. Standing alone at the checkout to pay. After paying and asking if I needed a bag, which I said no, the cashier simply left. In the past, people would fold and stack the goods and help put them in the bag they brought with them. Customer service is probably very important!

Schön sortierter Laden. Musste eine Hose umtauschen, weil zu groß gekauft. Die Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Hat alles super funktioniert.

Ein gut aufgeräumter Laden bei dem man sich wohl fühlt. Corona bedingte Maßnahmen wurden ebenfalls gut getroffen. Manchmal ist wenig Personal da aber man kann jederzeit an der Information um Rat fragen.

War Heute vor Ort da sehr Aufgeräumt trotz viel Kunden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse sehr nett immer mit einem Lächeln.

Ich war schon immer gerne bei C&A wegen der Auswahl und Qualität preislich auch alles gut 👍 sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Heute habe ich mich dabei ertappt und habe das Palomeino Pferd 🐎 gesehen und gelächelt (Andenken von früher)top 😄

Unfortunately I had to give one star even though C&A doesn't deserve it. Cashier was nice. I will never buy anything for myself and my family from C&A again. There will be no refunds for exchanges or if you don't like the goods, only vouchers. The king 😅😅 poor customer is forced to continue shopping at C&A.
