Ordered the Vada pav and masala chai. The overall experience was just maybe a tad better than average. The pavs were very fresh, also the other ingredients were fresh but the overall sweet-savory ratio was too high for me in terms of the overall dish. Also fries with vada pav is really a weird combination. The chai wasn't strong enough, was made out of a powder instead of real black tea and crushed spices. They could do better.

Super mixed feelings about this place. This isn't a typical Indian restaurant, so I was excited to try out the non-curry dishes. However the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired, considering the price. The "pav" was particularly disappointing - the bread was too dry, the fries (!!) were too soggy and the sauce was flicked all over the food instead of being served separately. The curries were too bland which however can be normal in Germany. I'm a huge fan of concept-food but the execution here is a bit off. Stick to the other Indian restaurants around the corner.

It’s was my first time there I went all the way from Bonn to Köln just for Vada Pav. I ordered Vada Pav with an Orange juice. In pictures and instagram page it was like a real vada pav with two buns but what I received was a burger and it was more like a homemade Hamburger. It was like something too sweet and two spicy that you can’t even taste potatoes patty. Fries was also not homemade and it’s was frozen. It costed me 15,10 € and for 10 cents they I give them 2 eruos and I received back 1, 50 € because they said we don’t have more cents . At the I give zero rating for this restaurant and not recommending for anyone who wants to visit this restaurant.

Best Indian food I’ve had in Germany!! I’m from England and I’ve found it hard to find fully flavoured Indian food whilst living here. EatDOORI was an excellent mix of modern and classic - really amazing flavours, homemade Lassi and loads of vegetarian options!! Service staff were super accommodating and friendly and the kitchen staff even came out to see if everything was good. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated with a laid back but classy feel. I really loved it and would totally recommend it to anyone wanting authentic Indian food. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Das Essen war leider auch nicht wirklich der Hit. Fade und überfettet. Da ich leider erst mal um die Häuser ziehen musste um mir einen Plastiklöffel zu organisieren und dann zu kaltem Essen zurück kam fiel das Fett noch mehr unangenehm auf. Danke nochmals für so einen emphatischen Kundenservice. Never again!

It's a good place. The deco is much closer to what one would find in an upmarket restaurant in India. No evidence of those printed bedsheets on the walls of the restaurant here... The service was good and quick. The food was ok to good. I could have used more spice. But as I know that is something more personal, I'd say they have their flavors in place. 😊. They do a particularly good home style chicken Curry. It does taste like what one would have at home. Id definitely recommend this place and would come back again.
