I was getting over an injury and decided to try a class, wow I was never into yoga but I am now the staff and studio was awesome. Sehr nette Lehrerin, gute Ausstattung mit Decken, Matten und verschiedenen Kissen und Blöcken. War sonst ganz nett für so einen großen Yoga Raum. Für mich war der Raum etwas zu groß und kalt (also vom Ambiente). Und ich fand die Luftqualität etwas anstrengend (etwas stickig und muffelig, im Sommer.. Vielleicht war die Lüftung auch ausgefallen), so dass es mir etwas schwer fiel (durch die Nase) zu atmen - vielleicht bin du auch zu empfindlich.
