Ihr behauptet, dass die ganzen Bewertungen von gestressten und verspäteten Fluggästen stammen? Trifft auf mich nicht zu. Wir waren 2:40h vor Abflug da, haben freundlich gegrüßt und der junge Mann hat uns von Anfang an herablassend und respektlos behandelt - und der Papierkram für zwei Leute vor uns hat ewig gedauert. Ihr behauptet auch pauschal, dass jeder den ihr am Flughafen wieder abholen sollt - falsch steht - ihr redet euch nur raus. Wir standen 100% an der richtigen Stelle und man sieht den Transporter auch auf die Rampe richtung Terminal fahren. Wo euer Fahrer war weiß ich nicht - auf jeden Fall NICHT wie am Telefon angegeben unterwegs. Bevor ihr gegen unzufriedene Kunden schießt solltet ihr lieber an den Ursachen der vielzahligen schlechten Bewertungen arbeiten und den Kunden nicht als unpünktlich, gestresst oder dumm darstellen.

    You do NOT want to leave your car with them. when you enter this place you think you won't see another day. For this we did not use their service. Later they refused to give back the money we had to pay in advance although we did not use any of their service b/c of trust issues. better stay FAR away and better spend a bit more at the official parking directly at airport. spend your money elsewhere or regret to have booked with them. again: better not book their services... else you are in for regret

    I am very unhappy with the service. A person running this parking called me immediately after my booking to inform me that I have to be at the parking precisely at 18.00. If I will be late even a bit, they won't provide a shuttle bus for me until 7.00am in the morning. In the description of parking, there was no information that shuttle bus is available only on selected hours. When I asked what will happen if I will encounter traffic on the road, he started to shout at me. It is unacceptable! Really unpolite service. I would be even afraid to leave my car there!

Be careful when you come back: 1) pick-up is @ the arrivals level, Terminal 2, Gate C. Rewe shop is on your left. 2) call the number on the paper - NOT the WhatsApp number 3) wait until you are out to call. I recommend them 200 %. You can leave your keys and you'll find your cark nicely parked and waiting for you when you return. They don't speak French (and I don't blame them for that), a little English. :o)

Der nette Herr hat uns das Auto abgenommen uns sofort an den Flughafen gefahren und sich um einparken ect selbst gekümmert wir konnten einfach und unbeschwert in den Urlaub starten. Bei der Rückreise hatten wir 2,5h Verspätung doch ein Anruf hat gereicht und Park&fly war sofort auf dem Weg, maximal 1-2 min gewartet!!!     Never again. Service gave us so much stress before the trip and extra expenses! We paid via Ryanair app and when arrived to the parking, we were asked to pay extra 15 Euros IN CASH (for gas, even though the shuttle bus was supposed to be free, also airport tax). The person who served us was super rude to us, demanded to leave our car keys for them with no explanation why. When we quetioned why do we need to leave our keys for them he just simply told us to leave the parking lot in 1 min... Then their colleague came and told us to stay if we pay extra 5 EUR in cash and we can keep our car keys.. We were in a hurry to catch the plane so this is what we did. After the trip, we arrive at the parking lot and we find an insultive word written on the top of the car with the finger (car was dusty so you can see that). This is an extremely rude behaviour and I would never want to go through this experience again. Please don't do it to yourselves. Overall, with Ryanair+cash charges it was more expensive than an official airport parking lot.

    It was ridiculous! Definitely last time i used this parking with transfer. First of all, i had to wait more than hour on the terminal 2A for them to kindly take me to the bus. Whats funnier and unbelievable, if i would fight for that spot with many other people, i would probably wait till the morning. Third even worse thing, when i was already in bus, the driver woman attacked me and insult that i said the wrong amount of people going on ride on my name (i dont speak german - only dutch, english and polish) , what was as i can tell huge problem for her - even if i was waiting such a long time for their da*n transport which was reserved for 23:00 and it ended on 1:00. Amazing right? If you dont want to get stressed, Annoyed and angry at the end of your Journey (after 12h in transfer in general) then i recommend you not to use their offer. And for the owners i suggest to change the tactics of transfer - make lists with names or numbers, otherwise its nothing else but jungle chaos on terminal. Never again.

One shuttle came and it was empty and the driver told was to wait for the next one, he did not take us, so we called the office again and said we have been waiting for a while and they said they were sending another van, it's been over 30 minutes still no van. Ein Mitarbeiter trat besonders aggressiv und laut auf, da wir im Reisebüro ohne Schlüsselabgabe gebucht hatten. Er wollte für die Nicht- Schlüsselabgabe 20€ und verweigerte dazu die Quittung. Diese benötigen wir aber als Beleg fürs Reisebüro ( wir hatten schließlich alles im Vorfeld über unser RB bezahlt). Auch konnte er nicht erklären bzw zeigen, dass die Nicht- Schlüsselabgabe 20€ kostet. Jedenfalls konnten wir weder auf der Homepage noch vor Ort eine Preisliste dazu finden. Hätten wir die vielen negativen Bewertungen vorher gelesen, hätten wir hier nicht gebucht. Zum Glück konnten wir unser Auto ohne Kratzer oder fehlende Gegenstände ( anderen Kunden anscheinend passiert lt Bewertungen) in Empfang nehmen.

    Honestly the expectations were very low after seeing the reviews. I made the reservation in the last minute and paid 32E for 3 days. Well, surprise I had nothing to reproach. The transfer back and forth went smooth and I wasn't taxed for ride. I wouldn't give a 5☆, just because the rating and experiences are already very polarized. But the service was just fine.

    We nearly missed our flight but they didnt care. We had to wait one hour at te parking to be brought to the airport. When we arrived the driver said he would drive us straight away but he kept helping other people. Everytime when we asked him he said we would go shortly! He kept on taking more people in the van and we had to sit on each others laps and taking more people than is allowed. The only reason we made our flight was because it was delayed 15 minutes! TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT GO HERE!
