Today I had my Ava Max concert at this establishment and I would like to explain the various reasons why this was a disaster. 1) For starters, the first floor is flat and the upstairs has these columns that don't let you see anything. 2) When I tried to get into a space because there were people occupying two seats, they told me no and gave me dirty looks. In the end I had to go to the top floor at the back right and well... this was the worst. There was a guy of 1.90 and quite strong who wanted to throw me out, he had threatened me several times and had even asked the security to kick me out (twice). I was not even touching this man and I could only see the concert through a small gap between the column and the fence with a black cloth. His excuse for trying to throw me out was that he had arrived 2 hours earlier and that I could not move the fence 5cm because I had not arrived earlier. When I managed to make room for me, there were people who stood in the middle to record the concert with a cell phone and a camera at the same time (it was an older man and I imagine he was the owner of the hall, as a person you leave much to be desired because you were blocking my little view on purpose, you had a LOT of free balcony. Tip : If the artist you want to visit is in another room or even in another country, GO to that other place without hesitation. ·This is addressed to : -The old man(possible owner) : learn to make videos and be less annoying, you were just being annoying for no reason. -To the bully in the balcony : I hope you like to know that I was able to see the concert without having been two hours before in the hall ;). -To the security guy : you are a great guy and you are a very good person, don't change. All this drama for the little gap I had and I can show in the picture, I won't come back to Köln after this experience.

Lovely venue, with a ground and 1st floor. However, the drinks are insanely expensive. 3,5 Euro for a water...

Excellent venue for smaller acts. Friendly staff. Has a parking nearby. Facilities for storing cloths, and a bar!

went during a concert and the atmosphere, the sound and the location itself was awesome! The wardrobe was very nice and toilets were clean! Also prices are 4€ for a 0.3l coke which I think is okay. Overall great place for concerts and probably other events as well

Was pretty nice. Check in was very quick. Nice ppl, friendly service. The performance was good 8/10 and the hall was comfy. The toilets were clean. It wasn't my type of music but I enjoyed the time there.

This venue is very poorly designed. Don’t expect to see the stage unless you are a giant or literally in the front row. The stage is very low and concert area is just a long, flat rectangle shape with massive pillars.

Beautiful industrial building,.. withe enough room to dance,.. even if the concert is sold out,.. shame that the booze menu is a bit limited,.. beer, beer, alcohol free, white & red wine,.. and the usual soda subs..

Clean space, lines move fast and the great thing is there was a decent air condition during the concert so we felt okay. But you can’t sell a glass of water for 4.5 euros.

This venue isn't very good for actually watching the music. If you're stuck on the sides the metal beams for the floor above block the view. You can't stand in the back because they put the sound booth in the way. It's very narrow and long so unless you show up hours early you're not gonna have a good viewing location unless you're willing to push through. The sound mixing, for my particular show wasn't very good either. Overall I'd much rather be at Live Music Hall or any other venue in Cologne.

A great venue for a mid-sized audience. Saw Marillion perform their One Show before Christmas and the place was packed just a little too much. I envied the VIPs on the balcony... Especially as the air was already stale soon after the concert started. Sound was fine, the intricate voice of Steve Hogarth was very well mixed - usually the vocals are under-represented at concerts. Buying drinks is easy, outside and inside the concert hall, enough, well-lit bars available. Cloakroom and toilets downstairs in good condition and well-run. If you come late for doors opening, you might have to queue a while on the sidewalk.

Amazing venue!! 🌈 No umbrellas or big bags allowed inside - locker room provided in the outside area of Palladium.

Good ventilation inside, cheap parking lot near (5€) #BadOmens was cool, although barely heard Poppy's mic sound. Music was louder than lyrics

I was here for a concert for the first time, and I was very impressed that there were special seats for people with disabilities, but there was a black partition on the second floor that blocked the stage, and it was inconvenient.

Very very very poor air conditioning Only people at the front can see the scene They have to take one third of the capacity to be a proper place

Great venue, but the reasoning for not being able to bring a normal camera inside is cause you could throw it on stage..... Weird!

Did you need to shove the loud speakers so that no matter where the audience is, they are not seeing one of the band members? Also ... Too much bass Can cause a heart attack. Are you sure you are ready for that kind of lawsuit?

Great Venue, very roomy, clean bathrooms and nice food/drinks inside the concert hall and outside. Great selection of bands too. Sound was pretty solid, i heard it was kinda bad at specific parts of the venue

Great venue. Rough to stand but it what it is. Was grateful for the bar for drinks to hydrate. It got warm but thankfully wasn’t unbearable. Dress comfortably❤️

Nice Venue, the only complaint I have is that, even being slightly above average height, it is a bit hard to see the stage if you're not near the front. So I'd love if the stage was either raised a bit for better viewing angles or they added a screen to show what's going on on stage...

Intimate place for people who like enjoying listening to "authentic"artists like Adam Lambert . One of a kind experience to confirm I'm not a freak for liking him and his music!

Great venue, good size - came from Amsterdam to see a show and could walk in after waiting only an hour and be in a great spot and the wine is great as well.

I enjoyed the music but the venue itself is sparse for seating which isnt a problem if you are tall but it you are 1.72 or less then your view will be severly prohibted as it is almost all standing and the Germans are generally tall people

Crowded with a lot of people, gets hot, but honestly that's to be expected. The washrooms are kind of fancy and the cloak room is big and accommodating. Also the concert was 10/10 wonderful but that was mostly the band and less so the venue

Nice place for organizing events. Bus stop right opposite, bit difficult to find parking spots.

BEST place to see your favorite bands perform. Great space, early birds can take a sit in the second floor where is less crowded and the view is perfect. 3'5€ for 0'3cl of beer and 2'5€ for a Big pretzel. You can eat and drink with your mask off practically evereywhere here but do not smoke inside because security will take you out.

Saw Marc Rebilet here. Show was awesome. But the sound wasn't very well mixed neither for the opening band nor the main event.

Very nice setting for a concert, industrial heritage, old factory hall beautifully turned into an hip podium. Gives extra cachet to the venue.
