This is a branch of the popular Merzenich bakery. They had freshly baked Weckmann breads which I couldn't resist buying, which also looked so cute it was a shame to have to bite into it. I also got a Berliner doughnut, basically a jam doughnut. Not sure why it’s called a Berliner, but meh. Overall, the bakery is good and the coffee decent.

There is a great selection of delicious sandwiches here. Everything looks very appetizing and it tastes great too.

I went to have breakfast and in addition to my vaccination certificate, the attendant also asked for my passport, even though I live in Germany and I have a German certificate. First and last time I come to the place.
