They have a really good ice cream that deserves 5 stars, but their cleaning and hygiene is 1 star (or even none, if possible). They have the same person responsible for the payment and for preparing the ice cream. This person takes your money and right after takes the waffle with bare hands and without even cleaning the hands. The chairs and tables outside are complete dirty, if you are going to take a seat, be careful, so you do not get dirty. The awesome ice cream they already have, but none hygiene or cleaning.

Probably one of the creamiest ice-cream I ever had. I like the texture, but not everyone is a fan of it. I also like the fact that their ice-cream are by default not too sweet. Their range of flavours could expand. Prices are quite standard. I would patronise them if I happen to be in the area.

Lecker ice-cream. It's smooth and creamy and at only €1.50 per scoop, it's really worth what you pay for. Would definitely recommend this ice cream shop over many other places.

When you buy a Mr Whippy ice cream you know it is going to be pretty bad but it will be cheap and kind of nostalgic, the Ice cream at Ice Cream United is disappointing because it is not rally bad but it is not cheap either, mostly the flavours I tried (vanilla, chocolate, salt caramel) were bland, a little too much sugar and somehow artificial which is really surprising for home made ice cream with a long history. All I can say is I don't know why it is popular, I would not go there again.

I've been coming here for three years. It used to be great. Today I had to do the unthinkable and throw away half of my icecream. Tastes like frozen cream. The erdbeer tasted more fake than what is found in penny.

Best place to have an espresso and of course some fresh scoops of home made ice cream. The service is outstanding and honest.

They only accept cash and the people who worked there are very unfriendly, the ice creme taste is good but the experience paying for the ice isn’t!!
