Terrible experience with the worse service attitude by the staffs. My junior was asking for his size at the staffs, but everyone was just not serious. Waited from 5.15p,m till around 5.45pm when I asked again, the staffs said they are closing. Till I raise my concern and tell them that we had been waiting for the past 30mins while all of them ignoring us. Not recommend to come here.

Unqualified personel, extremly bad communicating with costumers. Manager woman so rude. Never gonna visit again never.

The store, is nice. But me personally I encounter a very strange situation: I wanted to buy a pair of Jordan and I asked for a particular size , after 20 min I was told that they are still checking and finally after half an hour to find out that the second shoe was missing.!!!

Tried for three days in a row to get a pair of shoes: - first day the second shoe from the one I tried was missing; - second day I never made to try on the size I asked for; - third day, after finally finding the right fit, a never ending wait of over 30 minutes (with the shop being not crowded at all) and the absolutely incompetent staff never managed to get the shoes I wanted to the cash desk so I left. Embarassing to say the least.

Could have arranged store better than it looks like. But it's not a big matter.

Weird processes (1 guy in crowded part and 3 guys in the part without visitors), unwelcome and demotivated assistants, overcrowded.

I'm really sorry for the store that sells shoes in the window with a price, and when you want to buy, they tell you to wait, after 5 minutes they say that it's only for viewing and not for sale...

I went there when were a lot of discounts and great prices for shoes. You can find numerous brands and models. The personell was nice and helped me to find the size I needed. The overall experience was nice and I will return. Recommend this place.

The price was increased to 65€ upon purchase even though the price tag clearly showed 60! Apple pay was not accepted, required physical card (likely to save a few more cents per transaction), and the staff looked tired and apathetic. Price-wise they're also adding a good percentage on top, overall not recommended.

Waited for your second shoe for have an hour. They can't find it.

Very very bad service. Waiting too long for the shoe, then telling that one of the pair is lost, a cashier beaware of tax refund limit etc etc. This is the first time I left a shop without buying an item which I really wanted although I spent 30 minutes there.

Waited 10 minutes just to get a pair of shoes to try on and then the price was €30 more than the ticket said. They wouldn't honor the ticketed price. Spend your money elsewhere

They don't have many shoes over the size of 46, but still a nice store with a big selection.

Never received my order. DHL didn't deliver it, although we were all homeworking, and , as asked by JD sports, sent my order back to the sender. JD clients service answered me that they will refund me, instead of sending me another pair, but will refund me only when they would get the parcel back. As I was sending it back! So if DHL lost the package, I will not get a refund. None is answering me about that. Very very unsatisfied.

They have open to 20.00 and we came 19.45.. The man at the entrance said they were closing. I'm not from Germany, so I no longer have the opportunity to come here and buy the shoes I wanted. Roughness, reluctance, bad staff, never again !!!

Great Sales and professional. Shopping during the pandemic can be stressful for all. However, the guys here had everything in order!! Great personalities and high spirits. I recommend JD Sports not only for their selections and sales, but their staff as well.

They seems to have the best price for discounted products, worth a dig if you dont really mind buying not so trendy shoes.

Very poor service, 30 minutes to find the shoes and counting 3 staff involved. All clueless. More interested in posing and checking socials. Finally found they had sold a mis matched pair
