Still a good shop, although the selection has really diminished in recent years. Normally I can always find what I need here, but at the moment the offer is no longer to my liking.

When I was looking for a large cheese dome, I found it here. The employee was very friendly on the phone and the goods were put back. In the branch itself, very friendly service and further advice from the employee. Much better experience than other depot stores.

Today I bought wine glasses because I was seriously disappointed at Jacques. I traveled by motorcycle and therefore only had limited storage space. The lady at the checkout was friendly and found an individual transport solution for me. Thanks. Gladly again.

Beautiful decorative items! However, completely unaccommodating when exchanging goods! We strictly adhere to the 14 day deadline. I wanted to return a more expensive item after about 20 days but had no chance. I stayed put.
