You will feel that you are in Peru while you are in this restaurant. They sell Cusqueña and chicha morada as well. If you are in Cologne or you live there you must try this place at least once.

We had the sea food fried rice (Chaufa de Maricos) and another item which I sadly could not remember the name. They are both amazing! I ended up wanting to eat more despite being full. The waitress was super friendly as well, so this was a very good experience! She even gave us a free snack to go and say it’s a surprise 😂 One thing I want to add though: you have to be patient with this place. It’s small with only 2 cooks that we saw, therefore the food would take some time to prepare. When we went in at 14.30, there were 4-5 people just ordering before us and we got the food almost 45 mins later. Despite somewhat a long wait, we were so pleased and happy with the place and will definitely go back!

It was such a great place which is very near by the HBF. We were 7 people and had a great lunch while we wait for the train. The prices are so reasonable to the taste and amount you get. The advantage was we could just grab beers out of the cooler ourselves. As others have described, not big on atmosphere. If you can sit outside I’d recommend that versus inside… more to see out there. Oh, and I think they only take cash. And lastly we had to use the bathroom across the street.

It took us 1 hour, we ordered an appetizer, 1 jug of chicha and two main dishes. It was great. The bathroom is not on site as other have written, however the Music School across from the restaurant has restrooms.

We had the Ají de Gallina and Seco de Carne with nice Pisco Sours for drinks. The food was made fresh and the refreshing drinks matched beautifully. The dishes were packed with flavour and we will definitely come back if we visit from The Netherlands!
