I like IKEA, There are many options for my house!

Well it's Ikea!! Great place! You go looking for something specific and end up buying all the things you don't need but look amazing excluding the thing you wanted to buy!

Super! Click &Collect worked perfectly. I purchased online then chose a pick up date and time two days later. I arrived on time and after a small queue of 3 customers ahead of me at the special Click & Collect pickup site, I received my purchase on a cart ready to take to my vehicle close by in the special Click & Collect parking lot. With the conformation number on my phone and a picture ID for security, I felt it was an easy, quick and safe way to buy. With Click and Collect, I saved the delivery costs and the friendly, fast IKEA personal made it a stress-free experience.

Pretty good. All the little things you never knew you wanted to buy until you came here...plus some good ol Ikea meatballs. Always a good time. Very crowded on weekends.

Very big and very beautiful place to shop! The restaurant is also so tasty ! I often come here with my dad and it’s always a very good time we spend ! My whole room is full with things from ikea since the quality is amazing! And I bought this adorable shark here, I really love him !

It was my first time visiting IKEA. I'm so excited about that shop. Their inspirational traditions of following the route and food in the cafe are amazing marketing strategies. But anyway, they have very good ideas for interior design.

Worst service ever, I ordered the package, waited the whole day for it, and received the email that the package would come tomorrow. The next day I received a message that they couldn't find my address, so the package was not delivered. If they are incapable of delivering the packages they should not offer that and waste people's time!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady that helped us to configure the kitchen was very helpful and nice. Termin time window was very small so we had to hurry up!

Bigger then the Butzweilerhof. Otherwise it's IKEA, everyone knows. 😉

What can I say? Ikea. Practical solutions and furniture, ready to take along, with pretty decorations, nice for young people discoverong their style and preferences on a budget and empty on a Monday afternoon.

Coffee is great, other drinks are good choice. 👍🏾. You will not regret to go there ..helpful people 5*. Toilets are clean.

It's huge and usually contains larger variety of Ikea products compared to the neighbouring Ikea in Köln.

Had a complicated return and Trixi Wenderdel (I hope I got her name right) was our service person. The whole thing took over 20 minutes and she was calm and friendly and patient. Thanks Trixi!

The best choice for people who don't know make home decoration... Is totally chiiic

Smaller than i expected. The displays are less than what i normally see in other Ikea. The queue for Consultation was always long mostly. Maybe its due to the timing i visited.

Same very nice standard of IKEA, they have special freindly staff and they are available in every 20 square meter. Only one disadvantage they are not distributed their branches at many big cities e.g Bonn or to be located within a one hour of traveling.

If I could give zero stars, I would do it. I will never ever advise someone to order from ikea. We have placed an order on 6th of February and it should had arrived on 10th. Today is 22th of February and finally we received an email that we will get our order today. We were engaged the whole day to stay in home and wait for the order. Suddenly, we saw in the tracking that it wasn’t possible to deliver. There was not a pointed reason why it was not possible. We did not get a phone call and the customer support services was not able to help us neither. Only we know that our order is travelling back to ikea and we will receive our money back in 4 weeks. I usually do not write any reviews when I am dissatisfied but this is just hilarious. We are sleeping in our new home without any pillows or any other home stuff since two weeks.

Loved this IKEA. It has everything that your house needs and everything that you want. I enjoyed watching the live cookie baking to showcase the oven quality and the variety of things. The best thing for me was that after buying somethings and returning some other (ever so easily and without any questions), we were able to buy delicious lunch for sooo cheap. The wraps €2 each literally. Their calzone is a must try. There is even a For a Café on the first floor. Ikea gives you a full day out experience.

Quite a limited choice of bed linen. Labyrinths are a bit exhausting. But in general, quality is OK.

The worst service ever. The planing and buying was okay, but the delivery is just awful. I was in the flat, was waiting for them the whole morning, they arrived and and just didn't want to deliver! They said that it wasn't place to park, but they just didn't try, there was the all park place of the world! I hadn't time just to do anything, they just left in only one minute! The worst delivery I ever had. I'm changing the flat now and just haven't got the place to sleep because of their awful service of furniture delivery!
