Ich bin fast von Beginn an dabei und ich habe noch keine Sekunde bereut. Die Rheinfighters sind der wahrscheinlich sozialste und weltoffenste Kampfsportverein überhaupt. Völlig egal, wer das Training gibt. Man lernt immer dazu. Egal, wieviele Einheiten man hier schon absolviert hat. Und was einige negative Rezensionen hier angeht: Wer Frank für seine Sprüche kritisiert, kennt ihn nicht. Der hat das Herz sowas von am rechten Fleck. Wahrscheinlich irritiert es einfach einige Menschen, dass es noch Persönlichkeiten mit Mut zur eigenen Meinung gibt. Darüber sollten wir alle froh sein.

Great kickboxking club in Cologne. The trainers there are excellent and have experience training a variety of skills. I went primarily for the cardio workout and to improve my general fighting skills. They also train people for competetions. The participants at Rheinfighters are a good mix of people. There are no real brutes here and everyone is generally supportive of each other. It is basically a very friendly (and exhausting) atmosphere. Rheinfighters offers a good variety of times to train including some morning sessions. The evening sessions can be very crowded on ocasion, but I was always able to find a spot to train. Frank Fiedler is a great trainer with a fair sense of humor -for a German at least ;)

A great place to train! Each of the trainers has their own training style, which is why there is something for everyone. You are very motivated to work on yourself and your technique, not only by the trainers but also by other experienced members, which I always find nice. You can come by from Monday to Friday, unannounced and whenever you want - if an hour is canceled, it will usually be announced on the Rheinfighters website. Conclusion: I feel very comfortable in this club and come to the training sessions every week motivated! :) Big praise for the trainers who come up with interesting and effective exercises and combos every hour that are also fun :D

Erfolg und Förderung wird hier groß geschrieben Frank der Trainer ist ein sehr einfühlsamer und locker Typ der weiß mit kindern und der Jugend umzugehen. Er gibt den Kids halt und Struktur finde die Atmosphäre toll alles sehr herzlich toller Verein

We are totally satisfied. Frank is so great with the children and teaches them everything so well. We like to cover 28 km twice a week. Our children also really enjoy going to Frank and look forward to training.

We are very satisfied with Rheinfighters. Frank is a very good trainer who takes very good care of the children. Sport and fun are very important here! My daughter would like to come here every day. I can only recommend that all parents register for a trial training session and see everything for themselves. We were also allowed to come to the trial training a second time to see whether the children wanted to continue doing it and whether they liked it. Keep it up!
