Wir waren zum zum ersten Mal im BaybOne Godorf und fühlten uns sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen. Samstags kurz nach 10 war der Laden noch recht leer und die Mitarbeiterin hat sich wirklich viel Zeit für uns genommen. Kinderwagen probieren, Isofix-Station und Babyschale ins Auto bauen, Tragehilfen mit Babypuppe anlegen und die Vor- und Nachteile der Hochstühle besprechen. Alle Rückfragen wurden geduldig beantwortet und auch die hin und wieder hinzukommenden Kollegen waren sehr freundlich zu uns. Man merkt, dass hier auch die Stimmung untereinander passt und die Mitarbeiter gern zur Arbeit kommen. Wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in Godorf einkaufen und geben daher gerne volle 5 Sterne.

Liebes BabyOne Team, in der Regel gebe ich nie Rezessionen ab, aber heute habe ich einen starken Drang dazu. Bitte schult euer Team im Bereich Kundengespräche nach/auf. Die Art und Weise wie mit mir heute gesprochen wurde und meine Rückfragen beantwortet wurden ist inakzeptabel! Meine Frage war: Gewähren Sie auf Produkt X ein Rabatt, wenn dieses Produkt bei einem anderen Händler günstiger zum Verkauf steht. Verkäufer: ich werde Ihnen kein Rabatt geben und schon garnicht, wenn es sich um ein Händler aus dem Internet handelt. Das mache ich nicht!
