    The worst airline ever !!!! When u checkin online, you gotta print-screen that otherwise it is gone! Can you believe it? So when we arrived to the airport they made us wait and pay 24€ for printing our boarding passes, knowing that the gate is already closed. But no one mentioned it and we missed the flight. They just wanted to charge us. Then they took no responsibility! They were super rude! Ryanair is a big rip-off company. Never ever travelling with them again.

    I am not happy with Ryanair at all, because I could not log in through facebook or gmail into your website to finish the check in on the way to Santorini. At the airport I was charged 124,30 euros for check in as your policy is this: how you make money by stealing from customers. As soon as we got to Santorini I could log in to check in for the way back. Why charge such a high rate for the check in at the airport that takes only a few seconds and your worker rates are not this high. Next time it will not be flying by Ryanair for sure. THEY ARE THIFS

    Look I’m not a fussy guy, I’ve stayed in terrible hostels with no hot water and no linen, I’ve ridden on 14 hour buses, I’ve flown for 24 hours from Australia to Europe multiple times.... but nothing and I mean nothing is as bad as my one and only experience with Ryanair. To get started our flight that was supposed to leave at 11:30am didn’t start boarding until 12:10pm, I was then seated on the plane for 4 hours waiting for it to leave the airport (and no we weren’t allowed to hop off the plane and stretch the legs) our plan then left the airport at 3:30 and didn’t even land in the proper destination. Rather than land in Eindhoven we instead landed in Koln which is an airport in Germany!!! nearly 3 hours away from our original final destination. Upon landing in Koln at 4pm we were instructed that there would be shuttle buses to take us all to Eindhoven. Though much to my “surprise” there wasn’t a single Ryanair employee to be seen when we landed, no signs guiding us to the bus stop, and not a single bus waiting for us. Instead we had to go to departures, find the Ryanair staff, and ask what the hell was going on?!? The buses eventually arrived at 6pm but it was too little too late no correspondence from the Ryanair staff equaled a very large, distressed, and angry mob of people. So my advice to people thinking of flying with this useless airline is don’t and if you do decide let me say just one thing, no matter how low you set your standards you will still be disappointed.

    If anything can go wrong while travelling by air - especially with this so called company - it will get superwrong. In one day being a client of ryanair you get: 1. Overcharged for luggage 40 euro. 2. Charged me extra 55 euro just to give me a boarding pass. 3. Were late with departure for more than 1 hour. And of course we're more than an hour late upon arrival. Subsequently because of that 2 connecting flights were lost. Over a 600 euro damage in 1 time use of this trash airline.

    388/5000 Problems and customer requests you try to solve at Ryanair by ignoring. By mail you get the answer to try it by phone or live chat. The first one ends up in an endless waiting loop, the chat - and so much cheek I would not have expected - the employee just stops writing and closes the chat window on the grounds that one is inactive. That happened twice! After one hour trying, I finally reached someone at their hotline, all the call center agent said was "I don't understand what you want, please send your request in writing to the customer's service". Never again that airline.

    WORST AIRLINE EVER THEIR WEBSITE WAS DOWN AND THEY CHARGED ME 50 EUROS TO CHECK IN AT COUNTER EVEN THOUGH THEIR CHECK IN WEBSITE WAS NOT WORKING, THEN WHEN I WAS GOING TO BOARD AN INSANELY RUDE EMPLOYEE WANTED ME TO PAY FOR A TINY BAG (even though I payed for checked in bags) he shouted at me and said either I payed that or left. It was horrible he made me cry. Ended up spending 100 euros of extra fees at the airport.

    First time experience with Ryaniar. I was skeptical at first but to my surprise,flights were on time. Just you gotta be extra careful with bags and check-in if u forget something or break their rules you will have to pay high fees. Seating had enough leg room to be able to stretch the legs under the front seats. But the seats themselves are quite narrow,so u gonna be hugging each others elbows on the arm rest. Departure times are quite uncomfortable,early in the morning like 6.00h.

    They do not allow online check-in when booking from a third party like Kiwi unless you accept a facial recognition from them which is of no use and is not needed when booking with them directly. For the check-in at the airport they will charge you over 50 Euros.

    0 stars needs to be an option. we flew 4 adults from milan to bonn for a performance, and the flight was constantly delayed by about 1 or 2 hours and they didn't even fly us. on the way back from bonn, security was slow and we spent 3 hours at security where everyone else was missing their flight too. we ran to reach the gate and they didn't let us board even when the plane was right in front of us at the bridge. the guys who scanned the boarding passes didn't even TRY to let us in and kept rejecting us. we then didn't get a refund for their terrible service

    0 stars shpuld be an option. Worst airlines ever existed. I booked tickets for my elderly parents who are not good with computers. In the end they had to pay extra 100€ for check in at the airport. Because I simply can’t help them to check in and there was no information that you’ll have to pay to check in at the airport.

    Ryanair is not straight. They betray Costs are hidden and customers are deceived. When a check in costs 55 euros per person when not done 3 hours before, then this is betrayal, unnecessary and thievery. Never book with them - out of principle. They have the attitude of thieves. - Honesty is more worth than that.

    Received an email my flights to and from Dublin are cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. Still waiting for the refund of €108. No reply to personal complaint. Ryanair‘s conduct is against the law as flights need to be refunded within a week. I personally don’t believe the stories about a potential backlog due to staff shortages. Update August 2020 In the end, I even had to talk to a ChatBot in order to receive my refund. On 3 August 2020, the refund finally appeared on my credit card. 10 1/2 weeks (!) after my flights were cancelled.

    Early on have applied for refund for the tickets of a cancelled flight - weeks later get an email pushing a voucher and claiming I need to apply again. Clearly tries to bully customers into taking their voucher instead of refunding money for a cancelled flight. Counts on customers not knowing their rights and says they will refund the ticket “once the crisis is over”, pretty sure this is not legal in EU. The links for applying for refund don’t link to any real application form, so one needs to wait for chatting with their “customer service”, which keeps saying you’re in queue. I wonder if requesting help with a different question than refund gets you “help” quicker, since the “help” with refund never comes.

    If you don’t pay priority boarding passes it will be chaotic. They send us to going down and then going up because the passengers come out that way too. No one ware mask and (January 2023) and you always have to walk to your plane and go out with a bus. For a short trips 2 or 3 hour is very ok 👌

    Ryanair is a money making machine on customer cost. On checkin Ryanair employee suggested to unscrew the wheels on my small trolley, so that is fits the required size in milimeters. Based on that i proposed to cut off the wheels on my trolley. But obviously Ryanair did not have a metal saw at checkin terminal; so sad. Conclusion: never ever Ryanair if i can fly with another company.

    Sorry guys. But sometimes you can‘t find the right words to describe a very bad performance. Thanks for being so cheap but this doesn’t‘t need to mean you can be unreliable. The basics of customer experience do not exist at all. Thank you and I really hope Ryan Air is gonna try optimising asap! Safe travels to all :)

    I had to pay 55 euros for check-in because I could not check in online. The system did not recognize my passport. And of course it was my fault, as I had to try through the computer, as the airline has a poorly working website through the phone. And I was informed about this after the fact. Or I had to contact the support center. And we know how long it takes to do that. Never again! And do not advise anyone!

    Just alert the customers about Xcover insurance company with Ryanair cover the tickets. I have paid Xcover Plus insurance (claim n. SXRM8-ZHH8W-INS) but after many months Xcover doesn’t refund and disappear! It’s a shame that Ryanair is not interested about what happened to the clients

    To the social media manger that works for this airline - poor you!!! Tbh I feel sorry for you. It was one the worst customer experiences I had for a long time and in the Ende it turned out to be more expensive as other air lines. Thanks for nothing.

    Hello! At 27 March 2022 I paid for tickets from Thessaloniki to Dortmund on 1st April 2022 for my Ukrainian family. At my cabinet on name I don`t get any confirmation about tickets at “My Bookings” and by letter on my mailbox with a reservation number. I has not result at try to get any information from side of Ryanair second day. I hope a service quality and clientoriented means something to yours of company and my request from any kind communication (twiter, FB, e-mail or review on google services) will give to me result - my tickets or moneyback at short time.

    We arrived 2,5 hour later from Milan to Prague and I waited 6 hours for my bag on baggage claim and still without bag. Nobody gave us any info, it's of course nobodys fault. After 6 hours I gave up and went home (after 25 hours awake) and I had to drive back to Prague 3 days later for my bag at own expense. Many emails and calls but conclusion is no compensation. No more.
